Butany from a recommendation from a close friend and I am so glad I did. He is kind, gentle and works with you and your budget. And he also does fantastic work. As well as fixing issues that arise no problems. The office is modern with comfy chairs and you can choose to watch Netflix while they work on your teeth or any show you like. They also give you free bottled water for before or after your visit. The staff here are so nice from the reception to the dental hygenist to the assistants, everyone here is awesome. Horrible Office Staff Experince!…read more I tried to email this place about their dental practices as I was curious for some insight and was rudely spoken to in an email and degraded by whomever emailed me today (2 march 2024). Whoever works at the Dr Arun Narang office should check how this person spoke to me, it was a simple misunderstanding on my part and was hit back with a degrading email that made it seem like I wasn't "serious" about what I was asking about. I was told to send photos, x-rays and a letter from my orthodontist so they could refer me to a surgeon, which I responded that I would get those documents from my orthodontist (since I don't have them with me so I would need to ask my ortho) and I said this I said that I would need to contact my ortho to get this info and I will be in contact with them soon, yet I was screamed at through email by whomever was email. And I was told in the next email ,after I said I STILL need to get those documents for you I will give it to you soon, that " If you want to be taken seriously provide me what I am asking ". How rude can you be. This is how I know this person didn't read my email. I had to email back and refer to my previous email stating that I still need to get the documents. I was also told "Do what I asked of you" which is quite a harsh way to speak to someone who is a potential customer. Horrible Horrible customer service. Staff doesn't have to be this rude, its appalling. Staff shouldn't be this cold to potential customers. I have however found an amazing office somewhere else, the staff is amazing and kind. Kindness goes a long way.

His office is located in west Mississauga,…read morein the Erin Mills area, just west of Winston Churchill and Eglinton and about 6 minutes west of the Credit Valley Hospital (just off the 403). In my quest to find a decent dentist in the area, I discovered Dr. Vincent Strazzeri from word of mouth, as friends and family were really happy about their experience with him. A relative underwent tooth extraction with him weeks ago and sang nothing but praises (again, how many people can say that, really?). I've normally visited on weekends and while it gets very busy, staff are extremely efficient (you don't wait longer than 5 minutes from your scheduled appointment time). In short, Dr. Strazzeri is patient, takes time to get to know you, is extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, doesn't try to up-sell. I had concerns (and fears) that I would need to undergo wisdom tooth extraction (terrifying, I know), and unlike dentists in the past, he took a look and an x-ray and honestly told me I wouldn't need it. He's very thorough, and really takes the time to address your concerns. Wonderful bedside manner. His staff and hygenists are also patient, kind, and knowledgeable - basically, this clinic has everything you would ever want in a dentist. The clinic isn't very big, and the waiting area is pretty small, but that isn't a concern for me. Also note that they also put your insurance claims through for you so you don't need to file anything yourself. After a couple of visits, I'm a loyal patient. I'd highly recommend this clinic.
