Horrible Office Staff Experince!…read more I tried to email this place about their dental practices as I was curious for some insight and was rudely spoken to in an email and degraded by whomever emailed me today (2 march 2024). Whoever works at the Dr Arun Narang office should check how this person spoke to me, it was a simple misunderstanding on my part and was hit back with a degrading email that made it seem like I wasn't "serious" about what I was asking about. I was told to send photos, x-rays and a letter from my orthodontist so they could refer me to a surgeon, which I responded that I would get those documents from my orthodontist (since I don't have them with me so I would need to ask my ortho) and I said this I said that I would need to contact my ortho to get this info and I will be in contact with them soon, yet I was screamed at through email by whomever was email. And I was told in the next email ,after I said I STILL need to get those documents for you I will give it to you soon, that " If you want to be taken seriously provide me what I am asking ". How rude can you be. This is how I know this person didn't read my email. I had to email back and refer to my previous email stating that I still need to get the documents. I was also told "Do what I asked of you" which is quite a harsh way to speak to someone who is a potential customer. Horrible Horrible customer service. Staff doesn't have to be this rude, its appalling. Staff shouldn't be this cold to potential customers. I have however found an amazing office somewhere else, the staff is amazing and kind. Kindness goes a long way.

Kennedy Dental is the best establishment I've ever gone for dental care in over 40 years!…read more Dr. Javadi is an awesome dentist and loves what she does. She is friendly, informative and a true leader. Her ability to stay focused and calm during chaos is an inspiration to all of the office staff and interns around her. As an example, I was having a tooth extracted and after 5 injections of anesthesia, my tooth was still sensitive and I was yelling and freaking out like a crazy man - Dr. Javadi calmed me down with her soothing tone and brought out the laughing gas and got the job done. My apologies to the staff and clients who I might have scared that day :-) Marlene Heics is the best Hygienist that I have ever had and is completely thorough! Knowing my medical history, every session starts with Marlene taking my blood pressure and doing an oral exam and she refers any findings to Dr. Javadi immediately - as an example, she texted Dr. Javadi over a weekend to remind her about my condition. The professional staff at the reception is always on top of me to keep my appointments, re-book immediately when I have to cancel due to business travel and never let me mismanage by own oral healthcare. They are always friendly and cheerful as well. I would recommend Kennedy Dental to everyone as a sole source for all dental needs!

She put her hair up and then started touching the instruments. Didn't wash her hands nor put on gloves. Who knows where her hands have been besides in her hair! She did a very poor job but the worst part was she padded the bill. I guess she thought it would be okay to charge for time she didn't use because we have insurance. Find a dental office that follows proper protocol for hand washing, etc. One that doesn't over bill would be better too.

It was the worst snow storm Toronto had experienced for some time and still my hygienist and a receptionist had made it to work! Yontela and Kenna, you rock! The office was very clean, organized, sanitizer everywhere. Covid prep for sure. Temperature taken at wrist and prior to the visit a covid form is completed online. I was early for my 3.30pm appointment (~3pm because my trip to the post office was cut short, being that they were closed). I came in with two large boxes and Kenna was so kind and friendly, she told me I can keep the packages in the closet during my appointment and just made my awkwardness that more comfortable. During my appointment Yontela was so kind and patient--she answered all my questions and was very professional and gave me her input. She did not make me feel bad that I had difficulty flossing behind my back mollers and continued to encourage me to try and keep trying. I felt, all around, given the stress of the snow storm, the commute, the lack of staff... Kenna and Yontela are superstars! Thank you for the great visit to the dentist... Ever since I have been coming to Dr. Han's office I have had nothing but good experiences. Yelena (sp?) is our regular hygienist and Dr. Han checks to see my teeth and ask me how everything is going each visit. Both Dr. Han and Yelena are very diligent and are top notch professionals at what they do. Ever since I switched to Dr. Han my oral health has improved as well so basically they were better than my previous dentist and hygienist as well. My wife usually books early appointments (7am) so I don't have to miss work and it's nice to come in early and get it done even though it's just several times a year it's always been a good experience coming to Dr. Han's office. I could not recommend Dr. Han and his staff any higher. Both my wife and I are very pleased in their service and the work they do each time.

Lakeside Family Dental in Burlington is the best dental office I have ever been to…read more I am a senior who has been to many dentists before. I have always had an issue with local anaesthetics not working very well. I also have Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia, so I have issues with pain and flare ups after dental work. BUT, I have to say that the services I received at Lakeside Family Dental were excellent. The hygienist was wonderful and gentle, as was Dr. Mathew. For the first time in my life the local anesthetic worked perfectly. I didn't feel any pain at all. The anesthetic wore off quite quickly and I was not in any pain afterwords. The procedure did not cause any flare ups of my conditions. I have already recommended them to family and friends. Dr. Mathew is the best dentist I have ever had.
