I had little fishes eating my dead skin away. This service was $30 for $15 mins. When I first started it tickled so much but then I got used to the feeling. My feet were feeling really soft after! I would probably try this again. It was a cool experience.
Disappointed, is the the only way to start this review. This place has such awesome potential and great draw based on the concept of live fish and they waste all that possible excitement with a completely underwhelming experience! I heard about this concept all the way out in TN and was so looking forward to being immersed in a fun adventure with fish on my feet. I booked my appointment with great anticipation. And then I showed up. The "spa" was empty. The person working was friendly but less than enthusiastic. She pointed me to a chair, cleaned my feet and had me stick them in the tanks and then disappeared. I sat in a chair and played on my phone and listened to my headphones for 30 min and she showed back up, dried my feet and with minimal conversation I was done and on my way. No pedicure. No excitement. No atmosphere at all. What a dud. As an entrepreneur myself it is sad to see something like this that has the potential to be huge end up being so poorly handled for any customer experience. Don't bother giving them any of your hard earned money.
I've always been curious about this kind of treatment, but no place was ever convenient, so I kinda gave up on it. And on one unplanned visit to the city of sin, I happen to be in these outlet stores and spotted this place. I just had to try! Walked in and staff member Yovana gave me a warm welcome. I asked how long they've been here. She said they're new - just opened yesterday (Mother's Day 2020!) which is why their spot looks bare. But they are in the works to make it a little grander. It is my very first fish spa treatment... so I didn't know what to expect. Since I had time, I opted for the 30 minute sesh for $65. I was there within a few minutes of opening hour so 14 of their 16 seats were available. Prep couldn't be easier: got rid of my footwear, Yovana gave my feet a little rinse and wipe and asked me to slowly drop 'em in the water. The fish went to work immediately. No need to fret if you're ticklish, it felt more like bubbles going through your footsies. I had a great time watching them, I'll admit! Yovana mentioned the fish are well taken care of. A cleaner comes through every night for feeding and cleaning and some monitoring. FUN FACT: fish were transported from Turkey. Your feet are then treated with foot lotion after, so yeah, me likey the pampering! It was a wholesome experience. Definitely worth doing again. A must stop for me on my future visits.
I will definitely recommend this there's so many health benefits. The amazing woman who helped us she works there. We loved her so much and the Service that she gave we came back the next day. I felt great afterwards. It feels like Jacuzzi bubbles and your feet are so smooth. I can't wait until they have the full body machine up and running in September. Nearly everything clean. Definitely recommend .
First time trying this. I always see people doing this spa while in Vegas. Its usually ticklish but also feels prickly at the same time! My only complain was that it wasn't long enough lol hehe. My mom ended up buying a foot creme and says it works wonders for her. Unique experience, I would try it again lol
Sisters were shopping in the shoe store so mom and I decided to rest at the benches in front of the store. While waiting we saw the video playing and thought it looked interesting so we went in. It's $35 for 15 min. Our wonderful spa attendant was Jennifer. She cleaned our feet with water, then told us to dip our feet in. The fish feels very ticklish. And they got into all the little creases of my feet. It feels funny when they go thru my toes. Easy peasy and then you just sit back for 15 minutes. Afterwards Jennifer came back and dried our feet and I could see the dead skin rubbing off. She also showed us some aftercare products. She showed us a gel sock that keeps your feet moisturized at night and a foot cream to help. This was perfect because I was looking for a foot cream anyways. Jennifer was great, she humored me with trying to buy the fish. Lol My sisters ended up joining us shortly after, they were assisted by Shay who was also wonderful. We were taking pictures to send back to family and Shay offered us some signs to hold up. Mom and I declined but my sisters played with them.
My friends and I had such a great experience at the location in the South Premium Outlets. The staff was super friendly and gave us clear instructions and information on the process and what it would feel like once we got our feet in the water. The fish "kiss" your feet and do not bite and it literally feels like bubbles. My feet felt refreshed once we were done, and we got a short foot massage with some lotion before going on our way! This is not an actual pedicure. It is simply an experience, which consists of cleaning by some cute little fishies, finished off with a short massage with lotion. I definitely recommend everyone try it at least once!!
***During COVID-19 Visit*** The manager is really nice (didn't get her name), but she's from Hawaii. Jennifer is also very helpful. You gotta try this at least once in your lifetime! They'll wipe and sanitize your feet first and then you'll place them in the aquarium like apparatus while the tiny fish come and devour your cooties! Haha. I think I was in there maybe 20 minutes max? Once you are finished, they'll put lotion on your feet since it's part of the process. Don't forget to tip these amazing workers. Will I be back? Probably, but not too soon. Thank you!
This is such a neat experience! I think trying it out at least once is ideal. My husband has been wanting to try this out and after walking through the outlet stores, we happened to notice the 4 seat spa stands in the middle of the walkways. Instantly, he had to try it out. The entire process was exhilarating for my husband and son. I wish we had a Dr. Fish spa in our hometown of San Diego. We'd be regulars without a doubt. Now as far as customer service goes, Kyara is a 10/10 A+ worker. Aside from the fish, her inviting, positive uplifting persona invited us in to try it out. She answered all of the questions we had all the while tending to 4 customers, greeting curious passerby's and keeping her station clean and organized with a calm professional demeanor. Kyara is a hard working individual and an effective asset for the company as she brings in customers with grace, respect, and kindness! Thank you Kyara for your exceptional service.
Bought this experience via Groupon after my mom said that she wanted to try it. Our experience was underwhelming to say the least. We expected spa-level treatment, but quickly understood that was not the case. The chairs were falling apart. The majority of the paints were dried out or empty. The first worker didn't give us napkins to clean our brushes off. The only treatment was an alcohol spray prior to putting your feet in and a dab of lotion after. The only positive was the fish and that my feet are still smoother than before. read more
This is a center aisle kiosk in the Outlet mall, so know what you're looking for before you go. There aren't a lot of frills and the employee was less than jazzed about his job, but the fish experience was pretty cool! I did the 20 minute soak with the fish and really enjoyed it. read more
