But of course, the pandemic hit and everything changed and nothing would be the same. Leora quickly took action, lifted our spirits and made sure that no matter what, we'd still be getting married on that date. There's no possible way to fully express my appreciation for Best Bride on our journey down the aisle. THANK YOU for putting us before anything else during those 2 weeks of planning our new wedding. You helped us completely transform my grandmother's home in Beverly Hills into the most magical wedding ceremony in a matter of 2 weeks. Even though our initial wedding dreams completely shifted, somehow this became even more meaningful for us. We were surrounded by our closest friends and family who witnessed our gorgeous Chuppah and our truly sentimental ceremony. Not only were we completely delighted by everything as is but our wedding even received tons of attention and recognition from several amazing media outlets and publications, including GRACE ORMANDE! Who could have ever dreamt of this?! Leora has an incredible team of planners, I felt so supported, so cared for. Every single one of the Best Bride staff are so professional and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff and most importantly care and do it with love, passion and patience. We hope to have a big celebration one day too when things feel a little more certain, and of course our only wish is for Leora from Best Bride and her team to help plan it for us. Thank you Leora for encouraging us to move forward in our lives and helping it be a beautiful start!

We were less than 8 weeks from our wedding date, without a venue, with more than 150 Save the Dates sent out, and uncertain if we would even be able to have any kind of ceremony in the midst of a pandemic, let alone whether that ceremony would put our family and closest friends at risk. What Best Bride did for us in such a short amount of time was truly remarkable! While we had to significantly cut down our guest count Leora made sure that every possible Covid precaution was taken to keep our family and loved ones safe while still giving us a day more magical than we ever dreamed of. Leora was also so good at calming me down during the morning stress of the day and I can't thank her enough for that! I've since recommended Leora to my best friend who also was so grateful to have her plan her dream wedding. If you're not sure where to start or who to go with choose Leora because you will not regret it!

She'll even call you instead if she thinks it would be more efficient. 2) Preferred planner with our venue. She worked insanely well with our venue coordinator, which smoothed over so many details we didn't even need to be there for. 3) Mom energy. Jessica made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and more during the events - food, water, rest, shade, phones, you name it. She was super patient and respectful with accommodating our parents' requests, too. 4) Management capability. We had a big fat South Asian wedding consisting of 4 events over 2 days with a thousand moving parts. Jessica coordinated all the vendor contracts and on-site set up. She and her husband themselves were present for the duration of all events, which made all the difference. This is the person you want when something goes wrong. From having an emergency photographer on speed dial to adjusting the timeline on the spot, Jessica kept things in motion. She brought our visions to life, whether it was through decor mockups, adding sticker decals to our welcome mirror, or negotiating quotes and extra setup time & venue space. My most favorite memory is Jessica texting me photos and videos of the Baraat celebration, which the bride is not part of. Our family has made a connection with Jessica for life, even far beyond the wedding.

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

Our experience started when I reached out to Jimmy around February 2026 about having our wedding…read morethat July. We knew it was a short timeline, but Jimmy was incredibly accommodating and immediately made us feel like they would be happy to work with us. At that point, the only thing we had selected was our venue. Other than that, we honestly had no idea where to begin, what needed to be done, or which vendors to choose. Just thinking about everything involved was overwhelming and stressful. After we officially began working with JK Wedding Events, Jimmy, the founder, introduced us to our wedding coordinator, April Lee. Because of the short timeline, my wife and I felt extremely rushed and were constantly thinking, "How are we going to get all of this done?" But Jimmy and April continually reassured us that everything would be okay--and they were right. What we appreciated most was that they never made us feel pressured or bossed around. Instead, they guided us with the heart of a teacher. They patiently walked alongside us, explained what needed to happen, and helped us make decisions throughout the entire process. That was exactly what we were looking for. They helped us navigate practically every major vendor decision, including photography and videography, hair and makeup, catering, flowers, draping, tableware rentals, our wedding cake, and even recommendations for wedding dresses and tuxedos. Honestly, if my wife and I had tried to research and coordinate all of those vendors by ourselves, it probably would have caused so many headaches and arguments that we might not have had a wedding at all! Of course, planning any wedding will come with some ups and downs, but JK Wedding Events minimized the stress as much as anyone possibly could. When our wedding day finally arrived in July 2026, everything was on point. All of the vendors understood the plan, everything was executed smoothly, and April did an amazing job keeping the day on schedule and making sure everything continued flowing without any issues. Jimmy also served as our MC and DJ during the reception, and he was fantastic! He kept our guests engaged, entertained, and laughing while maintaining a fun atmosphere throughout the night. His music selections kept everyone enjoying the vibe and made the celebration even more memorable. It has now been about a month since our wedding, and I am finally catching up and writing this review because JK Wedding Events absolutely deserves the recognition. Whether you need help planning your wedding from the very beginning, finding a venue, selecting vendors, or coordinating any other part of the process, I highly recommend reaching out to Jimmy and the JK Wedding Events team. They will take a tremendous amount of pressure off you during what can otherwise be a very stressful process. Thank you again to Jimmy, April, and the entire JK Wedding Events team for helping make our wedding such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended--10 out of 10!

I was one of the first among my friends to get married, so everything was completely new to me. Looking back, meeting MJ truly felt like God's perfect timing. I didn't even realize how well-known and sought-after she was when we first connected. From our very first meeting all the way through the wedding day (and even after), MJ was such a reassuring presence in my life. She made me feel supported, confident, and completely at ease throughout the entire process. Because of her, I experienced almost no stress while planning our wedding. She didn't just bring my vision to life--she gave me everything I dreamed of and more. What I appreciated most was how intentional she was about creating a wedding that felt authentically us. She took the time to understand who we were as a couple and brought that vision to life in a way that felt personal, meaningful, and beautiful. I'm also a very detail-oriented and particular person, so I had high expectations. Somehow, every detail exceeded them. Every decision, every recommendation, and every element of the wedding felt thoughtfully planned and executed. One of my favorite memories happened on our wedding day. I had told myself I wasn't going to cry, but after the ceremony, I remember telling MJ how happy I was and how perfect everything had been. She gave me a big smile and told me, "This is why I do what I do," and I honestly almost started crying right there. It was such a heartfelt moment and reminded me how much she truly cares about her couples. Seeing how invested she was in our happiness was incredibly touching. Our families, friends, and we ourselves were absolutely blown away by how everything turned out. What's funny is that a lot of my friends were actually worried about me throughout the planning process because I wasn't freaking out. They know how detail-oriented and particular I am, so they kept checking in and asking if I was stressed. The truth is, I didn't need to freak out! MJ had everything completely under control. She guided us through every step of the process, breaking things down into manageable tasks and making everything feel organized and easy. Every time someone asked if there was anything they could help with, I honestly didn't have much for them because MJ was already several steps ahead. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless from beginning to end. Looking back, one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding journey was choosing MJ as our wedding planner. Not only is she incredibly talented, organized, professional, and creative, but she genuinely cares about her couples and pours her heart into every wedding she plans. Hiring MJ was hands down one of the best investments we made, and honestly, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. He listened to what we wanted but also offered his experience . For example, during planning, we were dead set on having a "last hour" EDM set, with a curated mix with mashups, remixes, edits, etc., but James graciously communicated that it's difficult in a wedding environment, as it's more about keeping guests dancing and engaged than "performing", as a EDM DJ normally would at a show or club. This was something we really appreciated. He was an absolute ace during the wedding ceremony and reception. As MC, he kept our guests involved, made announcements with grace and charisma, and masterfuly navigated different guests' (drunk) personalities during a game. As DJ - he played our requests but also took positive creative liberties to keep people dancing, all of which we appreciated. We wouldn't have been able to have a wedding celebration at all without Grace! There's just too…read moremany moving parts to a wedding and we've seen others who were just too stressed out during their own wedding planning process who may have had emotional breakdowns. Therefore, just the thought of trying to plan a wedding was too overwhelming for us and we weren't insistent on it. This was especially so since we were planning for a wedding in Southern California while we live in Northern California. However, we needed a wedding celebration because it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing for our families. We opted for partial planning services with Grace, but it honestly felt more like a full planning service. Since our consultation to our wedding day, Grace was a tremendous help. Not only did she provide recommended vendors and reach out to each of them for quotes, but she communicated with them on behalf of us during the entire process and helped us negotiate prices to help us with our budget. When it came to contracts with our venue, she was wonderful at offering suggestions so that we could meet our F&B minimum without sacrificing guest experience. We also wanted to do a short tea ceremony the day of at the venue, and during the process, Grace helped us work with the venue to accommodate that. Grace also joined in on our calls with vendors which was a huge deal, since we weren't familiar with the venue or what was allowed/not allowed. Grace was also pregnant and had delivered a baby during our wedding planning process, but was still answering vendor emails for us and checking in on us that entire time! We also had a specific type of rehearsal/welcome dinner in mind and Grace went and booked the perfect place for us, even checking in to make sure we were aware of plans and where we were with our budget. Our venue was not so great at communicating, so there was an event the day before our wedding (especially annoying since our wedding party had to book flights earlier), but Grace was great at coordinating our family and wedding party to practice a last minute rehearsal the day of the wedding. We also wanted to get a little crafty for our individualized wedding favors which we decided to tape to the back of our menus, so Grace designed the menus with this favor in mind, and also taped each wedding favor to each guest's menu for us! This was a huge help since guest name tags were not finalized until so close to the wedding date and we were already busy with our work lives and other things. During the day-of, Grace made sure that we were on top of things especially with the timeline. She made sure that we were able to enjoy our food and drink enough water, and would be the "bad guy" for us when necessary. She also made sure our vendors were moving according to schedule and would be the go-to person for everything, otherwise we would have to be the ones constantly communicating to our DJ/MC or all the other vendors. Our wedding day worked out perfectly and Grace's designing (which we initially did not care about) was absolutely beautiful! Our guests kept giving us compliments about all the details and how organized and fun the day felt, and then we realized how important having a wedding planner was for such a big day for any couple. She is calm, she gets it done, and she was somehow always one step ahead of anything that popped into my mind at any given moment! Before the event, Grace kept us organized, gave us great recommendations for vendors, and grounded us. She coordinated with all of our vendors, including reading through every contract. She made sure our wedding day ran seamlessly. Grace prioritized exactly what was important to the bride and groom. Even making sure we ate our dinner!
