Based on his excellent reviews, I saw Dr. Uddin. He had me get an X-ray and found that I had bone spurs. He prescribed physical therapy. I worked with Ari Goldstein, the physical therapist in Dr. Uddin's office. After several visits, the shoulder problem essentially cleared up. I would put my recovery at 99 percent; I occasionally feel an ache. I have since seen Ari for sciatic pain and balance therapy. He is excellent. The people in this office are warm and helpful. If you are in pain, Dr. Uddin might well be able to help you. I would certainly see him before opting for surgery.

My 9yr old daughter Lena was injured, her right ankle was dislocated. This happened in June 2019…read moreand she was put in a cast twice because her foot turned in. She was unable to walk, was in constant pain and was using a wheelchair. When her cast came off we attended Foothills and Lindsay started to work with my daughter. At first it was hard. My daughter resisted because of the nerve pain around her ankle. Lindsay was understanding but encouraging and she didn't let my kid slack. She set goals for my daughter, she asked questions and got to know her. Lindsay used all of her knowledge and explained things in a way my daughter could understand. My daughter finally got why she was being challenged, and she decided to want to be active in her recovery insted of fighting it because of the pain. Lindsay was great at finding ways to get Lena to allow her to touch her ankle, and in the pain she was in that was a big deal! Linsay has a way of listening to her, acknowledging her but still finding a way to encourage Lena to try. Lena loves Lindsay, she looks forward to her PT. In few months Lena went from wheelchair to crutches. Carlos worked with her and he got her to move by being creative, and playing balloon toss! Lena started putting weight on her foot becauseof that game...then a few more weeks of PT she allowed us to put on her brace. The first time she walked with Lindsay I cried, because it had been so long in that wheelchair and I was relieved that they were able to help her. She's getting better everyday. Now she's walking and doing lunges and jumping, balancing, pushups, dancing! She wears her brace, but soon she will be back to normal with no brace. Thanks to Lindsay, Carlos, Daniel, and the rest of the staff that is so fun and friendly. From the reception staff, to all the therapists. All are welcoming and they care. I paid almost $300 for an initial assessment. I waited painfully in the waiting room seeing the staff talking amongst themselves while they were doing treatments. One staff member was using the patient machines. My assigned physical therapist finally came to greet me 20 minutes after my appointment start time. He looked me over for about 5 minutes then put me onto exercises. The whole time I was doing them, he was talking personal patient information with another staff member right in front of me. He wandered around chattering with the other staff. Not paying any attention to me to see if I was doing my exercises correctly or needed guidance. Even while he was massaging my back I could see him gesturing to another staff member while I was talking to him. I paid good money to come get one on one care to improve my acute back pain, to only receive the complete opposite. I ended up canceling all my future appointments to go to a different facility. The receptionist was so kind when I called to cancel that I didn't have the heart to tell her the real reason I didn't want to return. I was going to let it be. Then I received an additional bill stating I owed more money for that absolutely terrible assessment! I couldn't believe it. It saddens me to see that this is an acceptable level of care and service at this facility by licensed practitioners. I hope the managers see this and try to improve for any future pain suffers that may come to your facility.

Then I was going to the Chandler office off Dobson. It started out good, until once again, I need refills of my medication. I made my appointment, saw the doctor, and was told my prescriptions will be sent in. I wait and wait, nothing happens. I call and they do not let you talk to the actual office; the phone reps will only take messages that seem to get nowhere. They said to send messages through the patient portal, but that doesn't do any good either. Nobody responds to anything sent in through there. You waste your time and money to see them and do your part as a patient, but they do not uphold their part. So once again, I will be out of medication. I will definitely discourage anyone from seeking medical care from there. Now, I will have to take more time off work to drive to the physical office to see if I can get them to do their part as a medical provider.

They give u a 10 minute grace period for being late, but if u're later than 10 minutes, they recommend that u cancel and make a new appointment. Lucky for me, i didn't get a ticket driving there! Everyone there is super nice and professional. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be serviced, but it was expected since I was late. I really like this office cuz I can get my labs drawn right in the same office and not have to go somewhere else! The phlebotomist was awesome as well! He was able to get my blood with just 1 poke! I'm really happy with this honor health office and Dr Roy! He's a keeper!!

My provider Maribeth Odango, FNP was super kind and was interested in all factors that could be contributing to my health. I did not feel rushed at all she was super thorough and truly listened. I have had very negative experiences and work in health care myself so I do feel a bit jaded but was pleasantly surprised with such a great experience. Definitely will be switching my husband over to this practice for his primary care as well.
