Based on his excellent reviews, I saw Dr. Uddin. He had me get an X-ray and found that I had bone spurs. He prescribed physical therapy. I worked with Ari Goldstein, the physical therapist in Dr. Uddin's office. After several visits, the shoulder problem essentially cleared up. I would put my recovery at 99 percent; I occasionally feel an ache. I have since seen Ari for sciatic pain and balance therapy. He is excellent. The people in this office are warm and helpful. If you are in pain, Dr. Uddin might well be able to help you. I would certainly see him before opting for surgery.

I paid almost $300 for an initial assessment. I waited painfully in the waiting room seeing the staff talking amongst themselves while they were doing treatments. One staff member was using the patient machines. My assigned physical therapist finally came to greet me 20 minutes after my appointment start time. He looked me over for about 5 minutes then put me onto exercises. The whole time I was doing them, he was talking personal patient information with another staff member right in front of me. He wandered around chattering with the other staff. Not paying any attention to me to see if I was doing my exercises correctly or needed guidance. Even while he was massaging my back I could see him gesturing to another staff member while I was talking to him. I paid good money to come get one on one care to improve my acute back pain, to only receive the complete opposite. I ended up canceling all my future appointments to go to a different facility. The receptionist was so kind when I called to cancel that I didn't have the heart to tell her the real reason I didn't want to return. I was going to let it be. Then I received an additional bill stating I owed more money for that absolutely terrible assessment! I couldn't believe it. It saddens me to see that this is an acceptable level of care and service at this facility by licensed practitioners. I hope the managers see this and try to improve for any future pain suffers that may come to your facility.

They have yet to even request a prior Auth from insurance, have yet to return any of the 10 calls with messages (live person taking message, entering "ticket" and saying "someone will call you back today"). Zero calls back from billing business office. Zero calls back from clinic director or leadership. They lied. Misrepresented to the patient that they would get the prior Auth. They never even tried. Insurance has verified repeatedly that it was never even attempted.

I call and they do not let you talk to the actual office; the phone reps will only take messages that seem to get nowhere. They said to send messages through the patient portal, but that doesn't do any good either. Nobody responds to anything sent in through there. You waste your time and money to see them and do your part as a patient, but they do not uphold their part. So once again, I will be out of medication. I will definitely discourage anyone from seeking medical care from there. Now, I will have to take more time off work to drive to the physical office to see if I can get them to do their part as a medical provider.

Everyone there is super nice and professional. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be serviced, but it was expected since I was late. I really like this office cuz I can get my labs drawn right in the same office and not have to go somewhere else! The phlebotomist was awesome as well! He was able to get my blood with just 1 poke! My husband has had to return to the facility three times for appointments because he was given incorrect dates and because no one knew what kind of blood work had been ordered. GOOD EXPERIENCE: My primary care physician, Dr. Ara, is terrific. So is her PA, Sara, who continues to coordinate with other doctors and labs for me. Wait times for appointments in this department are short. Beware seniors! Be ready for confusion and misstatements. Also be prepared for long wait times for lab work.
