Today, I went in to his office without an appointment because the glasses I ordered from Warby Parker weren't right, and they gladly (and very quickly) figured out the problem, wrote down the measurements I needed to give WP so they could fix my glasses, and didn't charge me a dime. All the staff was super friendly- they were all very knowledgeable about my eye insurance and how it worked. They made sure I understood and didn't have any questions. All my questions were answered. I had stopped in several months ago after I fell asleep with my glasses on and broke a screw they didn't charge me, but asked me to consider them the next time I needed an eye exam. Then the crazy stuff happened at my previous eye center. I am a bit nervous bc my prescription changed, but I have been having some issues and they think this could be the reason. Fingers crossed that all this happened for a reason. They have an excellent selection of glasses to choose from and there was a sale on the lenses! I have been a patient at both the Antioch and the new Murfreesboro offices and have had solid care…read moreat both places. Dr. Anna Yi of the Antioch office identified some eye medical issues and set up a treatment plan to hopefully slow or stop the onset of the problems. In the Murfreesboro office Dr. Olivia Mesoras is continuing the care and is following up with me. Both Optometrists have showed genuine concern for my well-being, never rushed me, and ensured I understood what was going on with my eye health. I do appreciate the care they have been providing. As for glasses, my newest prescription needed some adjusting. I went in to discuss it with Karlie my Technician and I did not receive any push back from her or the management there. They created a new set of lenses for me and adjusted the prescription. If that does not fix the problem they will have me back in to check on other possible issues. Bottom line...the care I have received from Eyecare Plus over the past few years has been great and I do recommend them. The new Murfreesboro office is beautiful and huge. It's a bit difficult to get into due to the bridge construction on Broad/Old Fort but a really nice facility.

Multiple times I've come in the middle of the day for pickup and have found they are closed for no reason posted anywhere online or on the door. They also frequently lie about the status of any orders. I was told my new glasses would be ready after a week and after three weeks of no news I contact them and they just so happen to come in the next day. Same thing with a pair of contacts that they straight up admitted to forgetting to order. It's frustrating for a place to advertise pickup anytime but not actually have that amenity. Would recommend for their quality and pricing but if you value honesty and punctuality I would steer clear.
