I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nichole Rudowski, OD, Tristan, and the entire staff…read more Dr. Rudowski is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to make sure my vision needs were fully understood and addressed, and I never felt rushed during my appointments. It's clear that she takes great pride in providing exceptional care. Now, let's talk about my glasses situation. I currently require three pairs of glasses. Not because I'm bougie, but because apparently old-ladyhood has caught up with me and decided one pair just wasn't enough. Distance glasses, reading glasses, computer glasses... if they make glasses for finding my other glasses, I may be next in line. Thankfully, Tristan and the staff were amazing throughout the entire process. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure each pair was exactly what I needed. I did have to come back a few times for adjustments to my computer prescription, but every visit was met with patience, kindness, and a sincere desire to get it right. At no point was I made to feel like a nuisance. Instead, they continued working with me until everything was perfect. In a world where great customer service seems increasingly rare, this office stands out. Dr. Rudowski and her team truly care about their patients and are committed to making sure you leave seeing your best. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion made every interaction a positive experience. Thank you, Dr. Rudowski, Tristan, and the entire team for helping me navigate this "not-bougie-just-aging" chapter of life with clear vision and a lot of patience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional service. P.S. They gave my fur brat all the love too! Many thanks! Melanie Judd

Multiple times I've come in the middle of the day for pickup and have found they are closed for no reason posted anywhere online or on the door. They also frequently lie about the status of any orders. I was told my new glasses would be ready after a week and after three weeks of no news I contact them and they just so happen to come in the next day. Same thing with a pair of contacts that they straight up admitted to forgetting to order. It's frustrating for a place to advertise pickup anytime but not actually have that amenity. Would recommend for their quality and pricing but if you value honesty and punctuality I would steer clear.

I also paid extra for anti glare protection on the lenses for my sunglasses and can say, it was well worth it! There was a huge selection of frames to choose from and it made me indecisive. After settling for three pairs of the cheaper frames I sat down to order. The total was going to be around 120 for all three pairs. The salesman was very patient. I ended up not getting the three I originally picked out and purchased two Coach frames instead. I used one frame for sunglasses and the other for regular glasses. They feel lovely on and came with coach eyeglass cases. I could not be happier with this purchase! I have never worn glasses so consistently. I absolutely love them. I paid 450.00 for everything and it was worth every penny. The glasses arrived in 6 days! The staff members and doctor were all very friendly and polite. We will go to this location for our optical needs in the future.
