Dr. Shevchuk is the best, and he's the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable dentist I've ever had. And his whole team is the same way. Everyone is super sweet and friendly, including the all receptionists and hygienists. They all say hello with a smile and it really makes you feel welcome. I get great cleanings from Tracy and she always does a excellent job of letting me know what I can improve on and what I'm doing correctly. She's also genuinely a nice person and is thoughtful enough to remember the little things about my life from chatting months ago. They fitted me into their schedule the same day. The staff was very courteous, and Doctor fixed my filing to prevent further tooth damage. Dr. Andriy is by far and away the best dentist I've ever worked with. Skillful, creative and kind - a terrific combination - especially when correcting the work of a botched dental surgury in Mexico! In my situation, highly creative and "out-of-the-box" technical skill has been essential in fitting new crowns/bridges around improperly sized/placed pre-existing dental implants. Inspiring to watch my mouth as it transforms from "train wreck" to functional and gorgeous :)! I have twin daughters who both were missing a tooth in the front of their mouth and have another that was severely under-developed. They have been under orthodontic care for five years and Dr. Andriy has worked in conjunction with the orthodontist and overseen the process to assure that the end result of these two young ladies is nothing but a beautiful stunning smile. Dr. Andriy's attention to detail and commitment to perfection is second to none. Dr. Andriy and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions. He worked with my daughters difficult college schedule and logistics of travel time. He and his staff worked late hours to put on 4 crowns in one day and the result was two stunning smiles on both girls. THEN....After five years in braces, and just one short week with a new beautiful smile, one of my daughters fell and broke one of her new crowns. I went to his office to show him the picture of my daughters accident. I was truly dreading the reality of having to re-do what was just done. Dr. Andriy's reaction was one of those moments, where you can literally feel the pressure falling off your shoulders as he shot me a great big smile and said: "We can fix that - no problem!". For the second time, Dr. Andriy and Tina, worked a scheduling miracle and arranged for my daughter to come in two days later. My daughter had an 8 o'clock appointment in the morning - at 10 o'clock she had her new crown on and with an even bigger smile than the first time, headed back for college. He is highly intelligent and very skilled. He put a lot of time and effort into solving some lifelong dental issues, (stuff that has given me a lot of anxiety over the years because other dentists never even attempted to solve my problems, therefore I was always living under the impression my issues couldn't be solved). I wanted to love Dr Andriy when Dr McNeal retired and gave him a couple years try, however when he diagnosed me for 3 cavities at one time I felt compelled to get a second opinion. The second opinion found one of the cavities Dr Andriy found. I felt violated and immediately switched dentists after being part of his office for 25 years.
