She handled my feet aggressively, including repeatedly moving my feet roughly in and out of the basin. The service was painful and uncomfortable. The way she treated me made me feel like I was not being respected as a customer. During the appointment, I noticed employees looking at me and speaking amongst themselves while looking in my direction, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. The entire experience felt unprofessional and lacked basic kindness and customer care. What was most upsetting was that the owner was aware of what was happening but did not step in. She was informed about the situation, yet she continued working as if nothing happened. There was no immediate apology, no attempt to check on me, and no concern shown for the fact that I was being treated roughly. After leaving the salon, I realized how much pain I was in. I walked into the salon normally and walked out struggling to walk. I am now dealing with pain that has affected my ability to do everyday things, including working, exercising, and standing for long periods. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon.
