The employee was weird at the window. We got our food and checked after pulling ahead and found it hadn't been upgraded. So we had to pull around and go inside thinking it must be a mistake. It was busy and the window employee wouldn't even look at us. I stood there food getting cold. I said that the upgrade of poutine had been left out of my order and she denied I had ordered that very curtly.There were other people in the vehicle. I asked to see the receipt and it showed it had been left off. I then asked if the fries could be upgraded to the poutine now because that is why I had bothered to order a full meal and was informed if I wanted poutine I needed to make another order. We didn't particularly like the fries in the first place and didn't want the drink but thought with a paid upgrade for the fries I might as well get a drink. Disgusted at the service I left and had now paid for fries and drink I didn't want and didn't have the meal I bothered coming to the restaurant for and had lukewarm food at best to boot. A better attitude and flexibility could have changed this experience and it had already been at least six months since I had been there last because of another bad experience. Best to avoid this restaurant if you are looking to received what you ordered.
