Just pick up the phone and call them directly! All the Yelp form does is add a delay in response time!) Within a couple of days I had a plumber (and his apprentice) at my home to check out what I needed. They gave me a reasonable price estimate and let me know there might be additional cost if the flange under the toilet needed repair or replacement. Because their quoted price was reasonable I decided to go ahead with them for the work. They were able to schedule the work quickly and the plumber came back, new toilet in hand, and did a quality job! The flange was in good shape so I avoided the extra expense I had been warned about. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work Wedgeworth did for me, and I'll be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

The company had to jump through a lot of hoops with the condo office, adding the condos to their ins policy, and providing documentation of their ins and of Iris' master plumber license. And these old condos were built so there is not a main water cut-off for each unit, so the complex only allows plumbing work that needs water cut off to the unit during two short windows of time during the week, since it affects a whole group of units, so that was another hoop the plumbing company had to jump through. Iris ending up needing to replace two of the water supply lines as well. She is also helping us find replacement trim kits for our tub/shower fixtures. I didn't realize it was so hard to find the proper replacement for such old fixtures (that aren't marked with a manufacturer!) I know Iris and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of League City will come through for us and solve this issue for us as well! Highly recommended. Well we've got plumbing guys - Ell-Dee Plumbing. When you read the reviews on here and on Google, you'll read words like "honest", and "fair", "hard working", and "trust worthy"... ALL TRUE. Our hot water heater went out 2 weekends before Thanksgiving; we called Steven on that Monday totally expecting for him to come out Tuesday already, but he was actually apologetic that he couldn't make it on the same day I called. So we agreed upon 9AM the next day, he comes out, assesses the situation, and then talked us through all the options from least to most expensive, short term vs. long term fixes, and best and worst case scenarios... very thorough and transparent. We opted to replace the old water heater we had (it was 14 years old anyway), and he had the new one installed by 2:00P that afternoon, all clean and up to code! Thanks, Steven! But that's not all... So a week later, the day before Thanksgiving, we noticed a puddle slowly forming on the garage floor.
