Use the store credit to buy something more expensive that they actually do have in the store. Textbook bait and switch.

The day of install they didn't have any of the hardware to put together the bed frame. They then told me that the next availability to come out with the screws would be a week and a half. Day of revisit, they didn't bring all of the screws. Going on now 2+ weeks without our bed frame and our mattress on the floor. Hands down the worst experience I've ever received. Especially when you're spending almost 3k on a bed frame.

Do they even have competent managers?…read more Ordered $9,000 in furniture in May from them and haven't received any of it (it's now mid-Sept). They scheduled delivery and confirmed it. Then no-show. Customer service was rude about it for their mistake! Then they rescheduled it and confirmed it. Assured 100% by two reps. It was supposed to be today... and they just cancelled it again. They have no idea when it'll be rescheduled. They say there isn't anything they can do about it. Customer service tells us to call the store. The store tells us to call customer service. They tell us to talk to their supervisors.... No one wants to own it... some blame the "system processes" and others blame computers and others blame their employees. They blame us for being mad that we don't... have $9000 of our furniture we ordered (of which all but a sectional we ordered said in-stock). I visited Gattle's during the Montgomery Holiday Open House, seeing that it was listed on Yelp as a…read morelingerie store. I was thinking I had stumbled upon another Knickers of Hyde Park. Not quite...unless you're Grandma looking for bloomers. The "lingerie" selection here includes a room full of long nightgowns. You know the type: floor-length with a conservative collar and nothing that anyone under 60 would consider buying. Disappointed, I continued to browse the rest of the store. The other 90% of Gattle's is stocked with homegoods: custom monogrammed dishtowels, bath towels, place mats, and bedding sets. They also have gifts like rubber kitchen gloves with fur wrist lining. Or lotions and candles. Very, very expensive lotions and candles. $48 for an 8 ounce candle? That's way too much for something so small. Most of the products I viewed were imported from London or France, which explains the high prices. There were a lot of nice smelling items which I would have bought had they been half...well, two-thirds of the price. Have kids to shop for? This is a perfect place for Grandma to buy the grandkids something unique. There are all sorts of clothes and toys for the luxurious toddler. These are definitely special occasion items and mirror the prices of the candles. I did like how Gattle's has color swatches and examples of all their customizable bed and bath goods. This is definitely the place if you're looking for fine linens. Older, wealthy ladies will adore this niche shop. Unfortunately, it was just a little too pricey for me.

Needless to say, their repair hasn't held. The pvc piping they installed won't even stay together. I'm just frustrated enough to write this updated review now because I have to pay to have another plumber come out to fix their work. These people are predatory and unprofessional. Would not recommend. What would've been nice is if the owner of this plumbing company saw the invoice number on my receipt in the last post and tried to reach out-- but he didn't.
