Received a message yesterday asking if I can come today. Is it OK no problem. First time trying these guys out I would give these guys a five star review on the ceramic coating and the cleanliness. The reason for my three star review is my safety check on my brand new truck was for 2 1/2 years and a polished the safety check almost completely off. He did offer to remove the tint so I can get a new safety check and put the tint back on. I wasn't happy about it because when you buy a brand new vehicle, the safety check is good for two years. I didn't wanna go to a one year safety check. I'm not the type of person that's gonna haggle on price. That's gonna say cause you ruined my safety check you need to deduct a few hundred dollars. I didn't say anything like that, but I told him was Monday when I hear back from the dealership if they can print me a new safety then that would be great if they can't then we'll go from there. They did a good job on the coding. They did a good job on detailing the truck even though it was brand new wasn't much to Detail. They just need to be more aware and more cautious. Everybody loves their tint in Hawaii and if they can get a two-year safety for it, that means a lot rubbing off the safety was a rookie move and should've never been done.

First month was good: we did have to coordinate our schedules...Service quality was continued to be impeccable. Sadly on the second month only one from 3 services was completed..... Appointment was rescheduled for personal reasons x 3 and resulted in no show, no replys to text...I kept it polite... No partial refund was offered for prepaid service either...
