    What a shame. I've used Mikes repairs for 5 years now and in the past. The company is run by…read moreNathan and his son Eddie and they've been great. He has done a lot of work for me and in March 2020, I paid him $7000 for a new forced air a/c unit and humidifier. I called Nathan a couple of months ago because the humidifier I paid him $1600 to install isn't working. It hasn't worked properly since the day it was installed and he's been out to fix it a couple of times Since. I called him in July because the humidifier had completely stopped and Was displaying an error message. He did not show up to two appointments and he stopped answering my calls until I switched off my caller display. Then he answered right away. He did finally admit that he was stacked out with work because it was so hot so my humidifier wasn't a priority. I wasn't happy with that and I think that shows a lack of customer service but I rolled with it. At the weekend, I noticed my a/c unit which Nathan installed in 2020 was leaking water. I called and spoke to Nathan and he said he would be out today between noon and 2pm. I took the afternoon off work and guess what, he hasnt showed up again. It's 5pm as I write this. Nathan has not returned a voicemail or text message and I'm so annoyed. On the receipt, I got for the initial installation, Nathan wrote '2 year labor warranty/5 year warranty on humidifier'. On the receipt for the A/C unit, it reads '2 year labor/10 year warranty on parts, labor and compressor'. I guess theres no point having a warranty if you can't get the guy to show up. Im still hoping Nathan does the right thing so I can delete this review.
