Initially upon joining the company I thought it was a great company to work for and I felt seen and heard by employees but after actually experiencing first hand what the "corporate culture" is truly like here, I must say this is one of the worst companies out there. Chantavia Stapleton, the Senior Human Resources Manager, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has made several innuendos and insinuations regarding my character. Jennifer who works with operations is a horrible communicator and plays this game where she silently falls into the background while employees pay the costs for her mistakes. The culture here is rooted and grounded in false promises and super high expectations. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. I would not advise anyone to work as a security guard here. They placed me at 220 Central Park South which is a multi billion dollar building and only offered to pay me $20 an hour to stand upright in an elevator which goes up 83 floors. The sites are great but they don't pay well and I know how contracting works. Doyle makes a huge profit from their contracts with these sites while they offer pennies on the dollar to the actual employees. Horrible company to work for
Vanessa Venegas is a very smart mouthed employee with a horrible attitude. Avoid her at all costs. Their VP, Colette DePasquale personally asked me to retract my negative review instead of taking accountability for their toxic workplace culture. She reached out to me personally on her cellphone in a last ditch effort to conduct damage control because I had call the entire company to the carpet! They are toxic and abusive and I personally recommend that nobody work for them. I also sent an email to Workforce 1 asking that they rescind their contract with Doyle. No guard should ever have to experience what I experienced at this company. read more
