At first, I was a little skeptical coming for eyelash extensions in a place that was so hidden. It's inside the Fig at 7th mall. On the bottom floor. Left of Gold's Gym. Inside a shop called something like Yolanda Aguilar spa or institute. BUT... She was doing a welcome special, so I couldn't resist! LAZY SECRET: I am so glad that I did! My lashes look fabulous. Still looks natural, but just MORE! Makes me feel like I don't always have to put makeup on. lol. On top of being wonderful to deal with, flexible and with her schedule, she explains the process and asks you beforehand how you want the lashes to look. My first time I had her do them really long, which was a shock the first morning I woke up with them - it takes a moment to adjust to how much different you look with them, but I was in love the first moment my friends said how glam I looked. I went back this last week and had her do them much fuller, but a bit shorter, and they are glamorous, glamorous. Today my (male) trainer said to me, "your lashes look great. Keep doing that." If I could give this place no stars, I would. The owner is unprofessional. She does not work out of 7th and Fig like her reviews say. She now works out of her apartment all the way down Flower (a 20 minute walk from 7th and fig). She has no notice of this address change on her website or on her Yelp page, and she claims she doesn't know how to use Yelp to fix it. She even admitted to me previous people have had this issue, and she has not done anything about it. She does not speak very good English, so speaking with her on the phone was difficult. Her square space also charged me $2, even though it is supposed to simply hold the appointment. To top it all off, when I finally got to the apartment building, her name was not in the buzzer list, and the code she gave me over the phone did not work. If you are seeing clients in your home, you need to (1) let them know they are going to a residence and not a business, for their own safety; and (2) tell them how to get in ahead of time, if it is complicated. By the time she answered the door, I was not going to let someone so unconcerned with professionalism near my eyelashes. Look for another place in downtown that will not waste your time. read more

Knowing you had a customer and told me I was your first client. Reminding you this was a 5:15pm appointment and you have your phone on silence.
