I even brought it back twice thinking maybe they would fix it for free but they charged and I still got it back the same. I'm not sure it's because they're hiring people that don't know what they're doing or if it's just something they do there. I will not completely bash on this business because there has been some times where I've brought my bike in and got it back the next day but that isn't consistent.

And now with this bike shop downtown, it is especially great during farmers markets. They have live music, a great assortment of beer, wine and coffee and even popcorn and avocado toast. Take care of Lodi Cyclery because they definitely takes care of us here in Lodi! ‍

I stopped in just after they opened, and the clerk helped me get the tire back on the frame, inflated the tire and did not charge me to do so. So will definitely be a returning customer for all my bike/scooter needs!

At one point, the kids were fighting with one another with rocks. Even after being spoken to, the kids were allowed to retaliate further by urinating right next to another group of kids who were eating snacks. This was acceptable behavior. The camp counselors were also allowed to jump on their bikes over the kids heads. Again, this was seen to be acceptable. We will not be returning to this camp.

I originally brought…read moremy bike in to schedule an appointment for next week, but they were able to take a look at it today. Luckily, it ended up being something minor, so they fixed it for me right there on the spot. They also helped me pick out a new bike seat since the one that came with my bike was extremely uncomfortable, and they even installed it for me. Since my bike is brand new and was already having issues, they gave me advice on how I could possibly get the repair cost reimbursed through the place I bought it from, which I really appreciated. On top of all that, they gave me a pamphlet with a bunch of local bike trails to check out. Overall, I had a really great experience and really appreciated how friendly and helpful Tim and Kevin were. I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything else for my bike!

Fantastic service…read more I accompanied my friend as she dropped off her bike for a tune up and minor repair and was taken aback by the great service they provided here. We headed straight back to the service department. She let them know what she wanted done and asked for suggestions on which products she should have installed. The employee was fantastic! He showed us all the options for things like handlebar wraps, clip in pedals, and clip in shoes. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of these things and was able to tell us the difference between the different price tiers for the items. When looking at shoes, he helped with sizing and quickly checked to see if they had the color and size she needed in their stock. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the specific set she wanted but he offered to order them online for her. He was very friendly and charismatic! The turn around time for the service and install was very quick. We dropped it off on a Thursday and was told that it would be ready by the following Monday. The bike looked great! It was super shiny and clean. The wraps were installed beautifully. The bike just looked great overall. I was surprised to see how affordable Fun Sports Bikes is, especially considering all she had done on the bike. I would definitely bring my bike here again!

I'm updating my previous review because Abraham Baiza went above and beyond to make things right…read more During my first two stringing experiences, I unfortunately ran into quality issues, including one racquet that was missing a string. It was definitely frustrating, but Abraham took my concerns seriously from the beginning. He personally reached out, apologized, offered to restring my racquet free of charge, and even provided a gift card for the inconvenience. What impressed me the most was that he didn't just fix my racquet--he worked to improve the process. When I picked it up today, I noticed they now attach a label showing the string type, tension, date, and stringer. That tells me they're focused on preventing mistakes in the future, not just fixing one complaint. Every business can make mistakes, but not every manager takes ownership the way Abraham did. His professionalism, communication, and commitment to improving the customer experience earned my trust back. Thank you, Abraham, and the Sports Basement team. I'll definitely be back for future stringing and would recommend them to other tennis players.
