Since I had just bought a snack next door, I decided to limit myself to one cupcake. It was tough to choose, but I was intrigued by the Ding Dong cupcake. I wanted to see if it tasted just like one. What bothers me most is when I had to buy one in Scottsdale in February this year they told me they couldn't find me AGAIN and my purchase would only qualify for that specific location too. I suppose my recommendation is to find an actual location that utilizes the reward system and only order from them for every single event- that is definitely not our QC location. My mother has told me she has had the same problems and literally drives to farther locations to purchase due to this. Unfortunately, QC is so distant and with the chaos of kids, work, school, volunteer- I just can't and that is just ABSURD. Please fix this- customers shouldn't be subjected to their loyalty based on the franchise location to honor it! If you're going to have a rewards system- make it fair for every customer!
