5/5!! Hands down the best car tint place I've ever been too. Prices are very reasonable and the service is very fast & efficient. If you're looking for a place to tint your car, I would highly recommend this place.

I went here to get my front driver and passenger windows tinted and was not impressed with the work. It's been two weeks and there are still minor bubbles visible. I'm also really disappointed with the 'bite marks' left on the film and the fact that the rubber seals were cut during the install (see photos). I've had cheaper carbon tints prior that were much higher quality than this. I got premium ceramic tint, so I would've expected better craftsmanship. To repond to the business managers comment: The "bite mark" photo was taken from inside the driver side. The rubber seal I am referring to is in the vertical direction on the outside of the passenger window. The pictures are from the same car. But regardless of the rubber seal, my main concerns are with the small bubbles and "bite mark" on the film as this was the more expensive "premium ceramic" tint film that I purchased. If you can provide that video that you have from the installation for the affected areas, I would appreciate it. It was for a white honda accord that occured on friday January 30.

I recently came here to get my windows tinted, the service was really good I made an appointment in the morning and they scheduled me for an appointment at 10am, their quality is really good is heat resistant and they work really good they even take 30 min extra to see if theres any bubbles or if they messed up, i recommend this place if you wanna get your windows tinted

Downey Tinting is the GOAT of window tinting. I've had every single one of my cars (8 total) done here, and at this point, David and Jeffrey are basically my car's fairy godfathers--except instead of a pumpkin, I drive away in a sleek, tinted chariot. Their attention to detail is chef's kiss, their professionalism is unmatched, and their customer service? It's like Chick-fil-A-level, but for tint. They're always on time, always overdeliver, and my car windows leave looking like they just got a luxury spa treatment. If you're thinking about going anywhere else... don't. Just don't.

I just got a new car and needed a tint as the car got so hot and bright inside without one. I made an appointment for a Friday afternoon in hopes of not having to wait too long. We were greeted upon arrival and the staff here were super friendly and nice. There was a little of a wait but they worked fast and did a really clean job. The pricing was super affordable and the best deal I could find. I'm definitely telling all my friends and family to take their cars here to get a tint! They used the phantom air 70% for the windshield and phantom s9 for the passenger and driver side. read more

Couple weeks since I've been here for window tint work . I got Ceramic tint all around 20% and it definitely makes my car loook so good! And they were the best value I can find around the Downey / Santa Fe area and trust me I did a lot of looking! i highly reccommend Stereo Cell for window tint. I showed up a little early for my appt. I was greeted with a smile. Anither car was bbeing finished up . Innediately once it was finished i was taken over to the area where the tints were explained to me very thoroughly, i received a quote the night before which was honored with no problem. iwas told 40 minutes to an hour and was it of there on my way to work with 30 minutes to spare. jeff your amazing. i appreciate the awesome service. you rock...... read more

They did my windshield fast. They promised me $120 for platinum windshield tint but when I got there idk what tint they gave me it seems good but it's not platinum. The biggest reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because my car smelled very bad after I got it back. My car is brand new and I had to clean the whole interior after I got it and I could still smell the workers BO. read more

Great value for the price. After doing a lot of research into different film brands and comparing prices from around my area these guys offered the highest quality product at the best price. They did a great job on my entire Tesla Model 3, handling all windows, the sunroof, as well as the windshield. Only caveat was that it took around 3.5 hrs so I would recommend making plans in the area or bringing along a friend to drop you off. Overall would recommend! read more

Well what can I say? One of the best tint shops out there. I called Jessica a day before to set up an appointment and she booked me first thing in the morning. Customer service was top notch and the tint work was awesome. The best thing is the affordability and speed. Most places makes you wait at least 2 hours, but stereo cell did it under 1.5 hours. But don't let the speed fool you. The work is quality. My 2022 Honda Accord looks better than before. I definitely recommend getting your work done here, lifetime warranty as well! I've taken all my cars here for tint over the years. I highly recommend them if your looking for reasonable prices at quality work . The last car they did for me turned out like my previous ones... beautifully tinted with no air bubbles and years later still no bubbles or fading into other colors like many other shops that sell you sub par film. But not this place! The people are nice , straight forward prices and work the way it always should be if your in town and in need for tint stop by and you will not be disappointed they can get pretty busy so try to snag an appointment read more

It only took me less than 6 hours to have my car windows tint done including the windshield. I contacted 5 tint shops around my area and Stereo Cell was the best quote that i got from all of them. Call them up around 9am ask them if they can do my car the same day they told me come in at 2pm that day. They called me up 1pm told me if i can come in earlier before 2pm i told them ill be there right away got there around 130pm. They gave me my options which tint film are best for my car. I choose Rayno Phantom S9 Nano Ceramic film 20% All Around then 70% on the Windshield. They are the lowest quote that i got of the 5 and they gave me additional 10% discount thru Yelp because im a first time customer. The location is close to a mall right next to a Dunkin Donuts where i waited. After 1.5 hours car is done. Great communication, Great service, on time. Now my car does not feel hot anymore inside specially during the summer time and alot of Privacy. Thank you. For sure ill come back again. Highly Recommended. read more

I had a 9AM appointment. When I arrived at 8:40AM they already had a car in their working bay. I gave them my keys and I took my boys to Dunkin Donuts 2 doors down to get breakfast. I figure it would be about 2 hours like I'm used to, but when we returned at 9:30AM, they were finishing up the last window. I am beyond blown away. I paid and was out the door by 9:50AM. We had the entire rest of the day to do whatever we wanted. This is the second car that I've gotten tinted here at Stereo Cell. I believe it was the S5 Phantom series that I got. It's an old car so I didn't want to spring for their most expensive option. Their price was beyond reasonable. Other places wanted $145 - $190 for carbon tint. They provided this Ceramic tint for $200 for 5 windows. I got 20% in the front and 5% for the 3 rear windows. The car looks great. I wanted the UV and the heat protection. All of my other cars were carbon tint until now. The difference is spectacular. In this hot California heat, it was 90 degrees that day and my AC didn't have trouble keeping up, and the sun did not feel horrible on my skin through the tint. My go-to shop for window tint now. A great family owned small business. You can tell they take pride in their work. So kind and courteous in true asian fashion. They explain everything well and make sure you know what to expect. They even put a little reminder sticker over your window buttons. read more

I dropped my car off at 9am for the walk-in time, I left my information for them to contact me and left. Super easy and they were very polite. 3 hours later I received a call it was completed. So far so good! I have been really wanting to take my car for tinting to reduce the heat in the car and help me from getting sunburned when driving. I got the ceramic tint. it really reduce the heat and i don't feel the heat anymore when i get in the car. Awesome, 100% happy with their work! They only use high quality Johnson tint film! I got the tints done in less than a hour. I was enjoying my Hot Chocolate in Dunkin' Donuts while they were working on my car. There's two guys working on the tinting. They looked very experienced, and they were super fast! I brought my all cars here since 2005, I know the previous owner too and they're both did great job! All my cars tints has nothing problem at all, some of my friends got bubbles or peels on their cars and I always recommend this place to all my friends and families. Did an excellent job with the tint. When I came into the shop he made sure I noticed the difference between ceramic and the regular tints by doing the heat test. They said it will take 2 hours but was done 40 minutes earlier. Will come back for my other cars. Thank y'all read more
