this employee tried to fight me after i reported that there was a glitch/ malfunction with the car wash machine. around 8:00 to 9:00 i noticed something was seriously wrong with the machine after i entered in the code. the light kept flickering and the machine was moving very funny... so i went inside to inform the man at the register something was wrong with the machine. he ignored what i said looked at my ticket and said the ticket is valid which had nothing to do with my report. other customers were coming in saying the same thing. i went back to try it again. same problem. i went back in to stress to him something was wrong with the machine so that no one is hurt or their vehicle damage by the malfunction. he started raising his voice and i kept reiterating something was wrong he came from around the register and got in my face like he was going to fight me. i guess he assumed i had limited intelligence like him and was going to fight him. i told him i was going to report him and took a picture of him. he said he didn't care and continued cussing. i don't think its wise to have an employee there that not only doesn't speak english fluently but is a ticking time bomb to customers with legitimate concerns he literally said he doesn't give a f ... if i reported him which shows hes willing to throw it all away to prove how tough he is at work. it's obvious he isn't that bright or healthy but still. one day he's actually going to put his hands on someone and that will cost the company a big fat lawsuit. similar to the potential lawsuit i was actually trying to save his company from by making the report that the something is very much wrong with the car wash machine. i will be speaking with the manager and if he doesn't do anything about this i will go over his head. i didn't say anything to make the old man approach me in a hostile manner. he should be fired immediately. the owner is hiding reviews on google i will take the next step in who to contact. read more

These people are thieves. During the hurricane yesterday, I tried to get gas. I swiped my card at the pump and when I pressed the pump to dispense the gas nothing came out. I went to the counter and was ignored for several minutes while the girl had a conversation on speaker phone in Spanish, smacking her chewing gum loudly. She finally looked up at me and I said, pump 5 is not working. She said our system is down because of the storm. I said can I pay cash? She said no transactions due to the system being down. So I never received any gas but got charged 200 dollars on my account! Wtf? I had to go to a station in Anaheim and pay cash but even if they take the 200 charge off my car how long will it take ? How shady to use a storm as an excuse to steal from people. Credit card holds str to protect the store from theft. I never was able to get any gas. Why was I charged?. read more

The worst customer service. Don't even bother getting in line for the car wash. It's ridiculous. read more

I just got my debit card information stolen from this station and the front desk reception cashier, JESSE, was the only one that handled my card, refused to check other pumps (this is at 4:45AM) and I was fraudulently charged $85 and he was the only one they handled my card, refused to go and check other pumps, and was of absolute no help. I'll be calling the police. read more

I have gone to this place many times...no issues...today the car wash was not doing its job correctly. The young man blamed me a 62 year old female...yelled at me and treated me worst than a dog. Very cruel and unkind...totally bullied by a 19 year old...suds all over my car no rinse, and your blaming me? I left crying and with a dirty car. Please do not go there! I went inside crying they didn't care either-bullied against n by a bunch of men...don't think they like women very much. Who knows...I'm in the customer service industry, and this behavior was unacceptable! Could have been handled with kindness. This how it should of been handled, young man sees what happened does not blame me or his faulty machine...he says, " well looks like something went wrong why don't you drive around again and I will help you." read more

I'm so pissed with this place. Went through car wash and it left my car with scratches everywhere everything was hitting my car so hard..

I've been going here for years. It was always pretty good. Here I am at 6:30AM on a Saturday, place is busy, but car wash is closed, won't open till 7AM, which I do not understand. It's a self service wash. Makes no sense. They lost a $50 sale in gas and a $7 wash. Now I'm at a Shell down the street where the car wash is open. read more

Went for a quick wash 2 days ago after the wash station was " renovated ". Everything looked new, but it's a total piece of junk. While waiting in line, I noticed one of the roller/scrub arms slam into the structure wall While spinning, probably picking up dirt and debris to scratch ur car. Then went through myself and got NO soap, whatsoever. The scrubbers place too much pressure, because it rocks the car excessively. Two of the three blowers didn't work, so only a third of the car was dried. To top it off, I went inside to complain, the clerk handed me a ripped piece of cigarette carton with a service phone number. Called it only to get directed to another phone #, then to a helpless unfriendly dispatcher that could do nothing. Waste of time, don't bother with this one. read more

Came a couple days ago to fill up my tank and buy a car wash, but then realized with all the ashes I've been noticing on my car in the morning maybe I should wait on the wash. So here I am today trying to get a wash. I waited in a pretty decent sized line then once I got to the front my code didn't work. Great. I tried calling the phone number online but it wrong for what seemed like forever. Finally I get ahold of a worker and tell him what's going on, all while the line behind me was getting hectic. The worker comes back out a few minutes later to tell me that it said I did use the car wash already and that the manager saw me use it....are you joking me?! On top of that it showed on the receipt my time of purchase of the wash was 6:44am and the car wash was used at 7:20am. So I waited 36 minutes here then washed my car? Which was still filthy btw which he could've seen. So I had to go inside and give the manager a piece of my mind to get the situation straight. I told him why would I try to rip off $9 for a car wash...cmon bro. Just ridiculous customer service. read more

Had dinner with my parents and on our way home my wife decided she wanted a car wash (at 8 p.m.) because she was going to be driving around some clients the next day. Her truck was dirty so I didn't argue with that. lol Took it through their drive through car wash and it did a pretty good job. read more

The cleanest place to pump gas....great cashier...great drinks..car wash works wonders...its a jack in the box gas station market combo inside with a drive thru...open 24 hours...snack up...gas up...awsome!!! read more

Its conveniently located near my office. I stopped to fill up and get a car wash but the line to the wash took nearly an hour. Not happy since their washes are almost $2 more expensive than other shells. They say you get a 0.20cents off per gallon when you fill up, but I only needed half a tank, so doing the math this place is just more expensive. read more

Pumps dont take cards nd are broken, gangs tagging everywhere, have to go to cashier, inconvenient. The cashier was nice though.

Came out of my way to go here because they have diesel. After the very long process of paying for my gas and buying a ticket for the carwash I come to find out that the diesel nozzle doesn't fit my car. Then frustrated I enter the 5 car line for the carwash and wait there for 20 minutes for my worse than average car wash. If you have a diesel or want something that works then don't come here read more

If its not one thing its another for the Car wash here, decided to get a car wash this Saturday everything went well until it was time for the drying part! As soon as the light turn green i went forward and the blowers tuned off at no point did my car even get a chance dry i was forced to exit so i decide that i will let the guy know since i dont like paying for a half ass job... so i go to the clerk and tell him what happened all he said well i cant do anything about it all i can do is give you another car wash? i said no i actually want my money back because i dont have the time to go thru the same thing again and have the blower turn off again! He just said that no he cant give me my money back! Well i wasn't about to leave without my money he suggested i call his manager because he cant do anything about it so i did and the manager was actually very understanding unlike this guy at the cashier i got my money back but will i come back? NO!!! read more
