He answered immediately, while driving his wife for a checkup, and said he'd be by my Johnson Village house within 40 minutes. He showed up as promised and quickly won my trust with his good-humored, straightforward manner. It was already getting dark but this 74-year-old man got down on one knee, twisted out the broken latch with a pair of pliers, went back to his van, and returned with exactly the model of lock needed to replace the broken one. After 5 minutes of expertly jiggling, twisting and screwing in, he had the new lock securely in place--fixed! The price he charged was almost ridiculously low ($125)--this after going out of his way to find my house after a long drive. I was so moved by his generosity that I said, "Please, name your price!" But he had named it. He went on to say he was retired, and doing this only to help people! Five stars are totally inadequate to rate Mr. Rebori, as a locksmith and a human being.

As I was already crossing the intersection they then were half blocking the intersection and forcing me to also be in the intersection. I would imagine the majority of their business comes from accidents they've caused.
