Purchased house in Verona needed to leave quickly, Handed keys to Jason, listed my requests and left. Jason notified me of what he had done so I paid him. I returned a couple months later and Wow all was exactly as I had requested except better than what I expected. All locks were good quality and installed properly. I was delighted to be able to trust someone to do what I had asked and to pass my keys along to my cousin living in the area. My mistake was not to share my experience right away for all to know what wonderful service was given by Jason. I put off writing the review until I locked myself out of the house months later and after making an after hours call, Jason arrived. Jason knew just what to do and we were in the house and lock reinstalled. Prices are very reasonable and service is GREAT. New shed going up and I will call for lock to be installed. The bolt on my front door failed in a locked position. I could not open the door and out-of-town guests were due to arrive in the evening. I called KingPin Locksmith and 90 minutes later Adam Maclam arrived at my home. A new bolt was installed quickly and all was well. Of particular note, not only the was work done swiftly and well, but the cost was much less than I than I expected. I almost never leave comments on the Internet, however Adam Maclam deserves my thanks! read more

I called them at around 7:30pm on a Thursday when I accidentally locked myself out of my house. They immediately were sending over a technician to assist me even though it was late in the evening. I eventually managed to find a key before they arrived, but I would 100% recommend them as their customer service was impeccable and their willingness to assist me on such short notice at night was awesome. read more

Keys got locked in the car and called them for help. They were at my car in less than 15 minutes and was in the car in less than 5. Great service with friendly guys and charged a fair price even coming out with it raining at night. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if I need a locksmith. read more

Jason was awesome! Responded immediately, came when he said he would and not only did what he said but helped me with a couple of other projects. Was also extremely mannerly. I will definitely use him in the future for any locksmith service we need! Thanks Jason and Jason! read more

The king of locks! Jason jimmied into the trunk through middle rear seat and blindly pulled emergency lever to release keys that had been locked in the trunk and unobtainable by AAA and the car dealership. Friendly, fast, reliable. Highly recommend. read more
