All of the people who came in to work were very careful, conscientious, and considerate. There was little mess, and everything was cleaned up in the end. We asked to have a few things changed, and Matt was very accommodating. After everything was installed, they even had someone come to clean all the new cabinets, countertop, and appliances. Matt was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I contacted Craig Construction for a renovation estimate on a house we were under…read morecontract to purchase. Craig and the excellent people he works with not only gave us a detailed, thorough estimate of the renovation costs, they also saved the lives of my entire family. They discovered that a mold problem in the basement was worse than it appeared. There were lethal levels of toxic mold spores throughout the entire structure, not just a simple basement fix as the listing agent indicated. Craig went above and beyond to help us get out of the contract. He has even checked up on us to make sure we're all on the mend and had visited the Dr. (Me, my husband, our 7 year old and 1 year old were all exhibiting symptoms of toxic mold poisoning. We thought it was just a nasty flu bug). All for a free estimate!!! Craig was exceptional, professional, caring, and thoughtful. He's the only contractor I ever plan to use.

Five STARS for Yury!!!…read more I needed a large section of roof replaced. Problem was, there were 5 huge hot-water solar panels in the way. I got four estimates. Yury Ubonikh at Professional Remodeling, LLC, was the fastest in & the lowest by far. Then when I finally figured out how to work under the solar panel without moving them, I so notified all the roofers. Yury quickly sent a revised bid hundreds of dollars less than his original bid. Naturally, he got the job. He was ready to do it in just a couple of days, but held off with no complaint when I suggested waiting a few days for better weather. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He really knew what he was doing, even how to install the special adhesive ice & water shield I wanted. He patiently removed & replaced the brackets supporting the solar panels multiple times as each step of the roofing process required. He finished the job quickly in two consecutive days. He did a great job, including cleaning up, at a great price. I highly recommend him.
