First, I have to recognize Rosalind. I truly don't have enough words to describe how radiant, warm, and genuinely kind she is. She carries such a beautiful, positive energy while remaining completely professional. Last week, I called during a full-blown panic attack. The office was closed, Dr. Rich was out, and she was there. She didn't have to take me in or stay and help -- but she did. She comforted me, made sure I was okay, and didn't leave until she knew I felt safe. It felt like I was talking to someone I had known my whole life. That kind of compassion can't be taught -- it comes from the heart. Rosalind, thank you for caring the way you do. It means more than I can ever fully express. And then there's Dr. Rich -- truly one of a kind. Not only do you walk out feeling physically brand new after an adjustment, but you feel supported as a person. He is always accommodating, especially when I call during moments of anxiety or panic. His calm presence and willingness to help make such a difference. It's rare to find a healthcare provider who genuinely listens, cares, and treats you like family. This isn't just a chiropractic office -- it feels like you're gaining a new family member when you become a patient here. The level of compassion, flexibility, and human kindness is unmatched. 100000/10 recommend. If you need an adjustment, or if you're someone who struggles with anxiety and wants a place where you feel safe and understood, I promise one visit can change your life. You'll find yourself becoming a VIP here before you even realize it. Thank you both for everything you do. I am endlessly grateful.

One of the treatments that really stood out was a unique form of electrical therapy. I was lying on the chiropractic table while Dr. Lim stood on an electrical conductive pad and used her hands to gently massage and treat specific areas of my body. As she worked, I could feel a mild tingling sensation exactly where she was applying pressure. It was unlike any therapy I've experienced before, and it was both relaxing and incredibly effective. I came in with hip pain, and after the treatment I noticed a significant improvement. Not only did my hip feel much better, but I also left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and energized. As a father of a very active two-year-old, having the energy to keep up with him is no small thing, and I genuinely felt a positive difference after my visit. Dr. Lim is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain the treatment and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. If you're looking for a chiropractor who provides personalized care and innovative treatment techniques, I highly recommend Dr. Lim.

My sincere thanks to Dr. Lim. I'd never consider giving up trying to find help for her, but have to admit that options had gotten slim in the past few years, and then I happened upon Dr.Lim's site and noted that she approached her chiropractic practice with an appreciation for the relationship between a person's nervous system and pain which immediately resonated with me. We live in the desert so it took awhile to make an appointment happen, but once there, my daughter and I were both calmed by Dr. Lim's relaxed demeanor and her willingness to listen fully to both of our concerns. I can tell when my daughter is comfortable with someone by the clarity of her speech, as the accident caused her to struggle with aphasia, especially when she isn't comfortable with where she's at or who is in her space. With Dr. Lim, my daughter spoke cleary and was able to communicate her health challenges pretty much on her own. Throughout the appointment Dr. Lim was patient and checked on my daughter's comfort throughout the various therapies and chiropractic she applied. When done, my daughter let it be known that she hoped to see Dr. Lim again soon. Back in the desert later that same evening, my daughter happily approached me and demonstrated that she was able to turn her head 180 degrees in both directions - something she'd been unable to accomplish for at least a few years. She also mentioned that her brain was clearer. All very appreciated. Dr. Lim is an outstanding and multi-skilled chiropractor. There aren't enough thank yous to express our appreciation.

In a world where medical appointments can sometimes feel like a revolving door of clipboards and clock watching, Dr. Del Junco is a refreshing exception. He is incredibly thorough, genuinely attentive, and impressively on top of every detail of his patients' care. You never feel like a chart number or a time slot on his schedule, you feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. What really sets him apart is his ability to balance professionalism with humanity. During what can be an overwhelming and uncertain time, he has a calm, reassuring presence that instantly lowers your stress level. He takes the time to explain, to listen, and to guide you through the process in a way that makes everything feel more manageable (and far less intimidating). And the care doesn't stop with him, the girls in the front office reflect that same warmth. The front desk team and nurses are incredibly sweet, genuinely caring, and always bring a positive attitude that makes every visit feel welcoming instead of clinical. It's clear that kindness is part of the culture there, not just good customer service. It's rare to find a physician who combines expertise with this level of personal investment in their patients' wellbeing. Dr. Del Junco doesn't just treat, he supports, reassures, and advocates.
