We initially contacted him on a Sunday via email, and was happily surprised to even receive a reply let alone an appt. within a day or two at 11:00. He arrived on time, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Ron promptly e mailed the proposal to us the next day (as promised). His proposal was detailed, easy to follow and no corners were cut. After agreeing to his proposal; we signed it and sent one half of the total proposed amount to him. He let us know that he'd be able to begin the job within a couple of weeks. Lucky for us it was less than two weeks (because of rain). Ron was here with his crew and gave them instructions on what to do. Hands down..... his crew did excellent work and have been working with him for many years. They also were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and moved our furniture, treated our home with the care that anyone would expect.
