From them putting in defective/broken parts, to putting the gates in backwards and at the wrong height, all the fence parts scratched from them tossing them on the ground not neatly stacking. Installers, one old guy one young guy were not experienced and were rude, old guy peeing in my yard knowing I had a small dog. I paid $8,000 for 164' of vinyl fence, so I had every right to speak up when they installed three broken posts. The old guy just wanted to "fix" them, that couldn't be done. Then they get rude because I'm advocating for myself. I see many others had bad experiences with this company as well. As time has gone on I find more and more things wrong, like in the photo the panels not being cut to fit and now gapping. I'm thinking of having their company sign made to hang with a line through it! Why can't people just do the right thing?

We recently built a new shop (OMG! What a fiasco! That was the review I SHOULD have written!) and…read morethis summer we put the cherry on the sundae with a 6ft tall chain link fence with three double gates and a man gate. At first, it did not bode well for this last leg of venture...the guy who was supposed to come give us an estimate could not find us...."somebody" did not write down the whole address but in his defense, I failed to keep my phone on me out in the garden and I missed his multiple calls. I called that a wash; no harm, no foul. Once that was corrected and he did find his way to us, all went very smoothly. He was honest in his assessment of a time frame and, in fact, the job was done nearly 2 weeks ahead of projections. The team was professional, clean and dressed appropriately, worked diligently and did NOT leave a mess all over my yard. They were friendly when spoken to but stayed on task and did the job they were sent to do. Finally (and perhaps most important to me given the above mentioned building fiasco), there were no added surprises or unmentioned extras with the final bill. The contract price quoted the price I paid. Period. Bottom line: I would use this company again and have no hesitation in recommended them to a friend or neighbor. Secured in Sandpoint

They are a family-owned business, which we always appreciate supporting. Cassandra, the wife, came out personally to give us an estimate for a new fence and she was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to walk through everything with us, answer our questions, and explain the different options without any pressure. What really stood out was how reasonable and transparent their pricing was compared to several other companies we contacted. Unfortunately our plans changed and we weren't able to move forward with the project, but based on our experience with Cassandra and the professionalism of their family business, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for fencing work.
