Horrible owner yelled at me because he temporarily set gates at ground level in freezing weather so I could not open nor close gates, he came to chip away and when I came out (because they NEVER had the courtesy to knock nor make appointments as requested) is when he yelled "this is the only time we will do this" so much went wrong with this job. From them putting in defective/broken parts, to putting the gates in backwards and at the wrong height, all the fence parts scratched from them tossing them on the ground not neatly stacking. Installers, one old guy one young guy were not experienced and were rude, old guy peeing in my yard knowing I had a small dog. I paid $8,000 for 164' of vinyl fence, so I had every right to speak up when they installed three broken posts. The old guy just wanted to "fix" them, that couldn't be done. Then they get rude because I'm advocating for myself. I see many others had bad experiences with this company as well. As time has gone on I find more and more things wrong, like in the photo the panels not being cut to fit and now gapping. I'm thinking of having their company sign made to hang with a line through it! Why can't people just do the right thing? read more

We had a terrible experience with this fence company. We did not get what we believed we had ordered. They had put in a fence for us a year earlier. We said we wanted it exactly like the previous one they installed. After waiting several months the fence came in. The installer came out to put the fence in. After he had been working on the install for a while. My husband went to see how it was going. At that time he noticed it was not the same fence. After a very heated conversation with the owner. We discovered that they just were not going to give us back our money and they would not reorder the correct fence. So the owners informed us that we paid for the product not the install. We said fine. Do not finish the fence install we don't like it. At that point he said okay. My men are going to remove the fence. Wait you said we paid for the product and you are unwilling to refund our money. As I see it the product is ours. We kept the fence and his installer picked up his tools. It was a very stressful experience. Now we have a fence we don't want and partially installed. We still want the fence to match the other one. FYI The fenced we ordered was Iron and we received an aluminum fence. read more

Built a fence for me a few years ago put it inside my property line 2 feet both sides. Caught one side didn't check the other. Go to sell property now have an encroachment issue. They said I sighed a release and weren't willing to share the responsibility for the mistake. Property clearly marked. Lost ability to do business on new 10 acre property I bought and didn't blink an eye when I told them that. Poor business decision. I even offered to pay materials but not labor. read more

Buyer beware! The new owner(s) are pretty sketchy. Only good part is that they were the lowest bid. Now we know why. Poor job done on my 15ft fence/gate project. Gate is skewed and doesn't fit properly. Owner refuses to meet with me at the project to discuss a solution... I just get lip service and excuses. Waited about 9 weeks, though they quoted ''as much as 6 weeks''. Didn't show up on days promised at least twice and never called to explain or apologize. Lousy/no communication or customer care. I have never written a review like this before but buyer be ware. This company put in a electric gate and installed it so it took out a root on one of my major trees in my yard. Because of the it only closed 70 %. Was told that it was my fault and I should take down the tree. The fate was also install against my advice in a drain area from a hill. Plus it was a solar powered gate and never worked more than two weeks at a time. I ask the to move it and they agreed but had me sign a contract stating that once installed they were released from any responsibility. The installed it and two weeks later it stopped working but the had video that it worked when they left. The over the winter the gate started leaning at a 20 to 30 % angle and now we can't close it at all even manually. I would never ever recommend this company to any one.
