Ummm, because you left zero instructions and the crew has no common sense? It's your job to manage yout crew, not mine. Our old garage floor was chipped, scratched, gouged and literally falling apart. This happens because of studded tires, too much salt and not caring for the concrete over several years. They offered…read moreboth epoxy and polyurea coatings and discussed the pros and cons of both...we elected to go with polyurea for a 3 car garage and the price was way better than their competitor in the area offering polyurea. We were able to add color chips to one of the standard samples they have on hand to give it a more customized feel. Devon came out right away to provide the quote and he was very informative and easy to talk with. The office manager, Beth, was very helpful in scheduling the service and providing a sample of our customized colors before committing to the work. And Morgan and Micah did an outstanding job applying the coating. The whole process took about a day and a half. A couple of additional aspects that truly made them the right company to coat our garage floor...they covered the stem walls at no extra cost, they actually provided a trailer that we could store our things in while they were doing the work, at no extra cost, and they are a small, local, family operated business that basically provides a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship. Can't beat it!

We purchased a property on a one-acre lot in Sandpoint two years ago and we invited Legacy to give…read moreus a bid on the landscaping. It was a bit of a challenge because although the property is waterfront, only the backside of the garage faced the water, and the rest of the property was seriously overgrown and cluttered. Legacy first drew detailed plan proposals and after three iterations, we had a final plan that more than embodied our vision. Some of the design elements we would never have thought of and they really added to the total. Next we got a detailed cost breakdown and timing. Having dealt with other contractors extensively, I did not expect the budget and timeline to be followed, but they were! We of course, made changes as we went, but each time, Joey would come out to discuss and then he would produce revised schematics, timing and pricing. As a result, there were never any surprises. The end result far exceeded our expectations and we have received lots of kudos from our friends & neighbors (some have hired Legacy themselves!). So this could not have been a better experience and I think this comes down to excellent architecture, superb project management and a steady team that not only knew what they were doing, but also had an artist's touch. I can highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Come spring, we were horrified to see the hideous state of the front yard. It was so embarrassing coming home to such an eyesore. We tried ripping the hodgepodge of plants out to no avail, and it didn't help that the lawn was basically a weed patch with a giant hole in the middle. We knew we couldn't transform our yard without professional help. That's where Legacy Landscapes came in. Joey drew up multiple options for the front yard and was very accommodating to our ideas, especially with our desire for a low-maintenance yard. Once we settled on a design, we were pleased to hear that our project could be started way ahead of schedule. The crew was very hard working and communicative throughout the process. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure that we were happy with the project along the way. Now, I'm no longer embarrassed of our home because the yard is immaculate and beautiful. Thank you, Joey and team! To anyone thinking about landscaping, I highly recommend the Legacy Landscapes crew.
