They were all anywhere from one to three weeks out, just to get a quote. Not Damione. He stopped by after work the same day that I called. Upon meeting with him I knew this was the company that I wanted to do the job. I liked the quote, and I liked him. So I canceled all the other quote appointments. Our scheduling was pretty frustrating due to a tree being removed beforehand, but Damione was super flexible and understanding. I could not be happier with the finished product. They only installed the new fence on one side of my property. But I will most definitely be having them back later this summer, after I finish painting the exterior of my house, to install the rest of the vinyl privacy fence on the other side of my property. The installation crew was professional and courteous. Second, the process we had to go through with the company to get the projects completed was abominable! Delay and excuse one after another ("very busy"), no return phone calls or emails for days. We started the process with them in early June and it was not completed until just before Labor Day - nearly 3 months. I would recommend using this company only if you specify a completion date in the contract with appropriate penalties if the deadline is not met.
