Facing 5 K in repairs I decided it was time for another car. Getting a loan was daunting but I tried Express Credit Auto. The sales process was no less or more painful than any place else. I will say the sales guy worked hard to get a loan approved. I appreciate that. I chose a 2012 Ford Fiesta. It was in good shape with about 130 K on it. The price was 1 and a half book value. The loan was high percentage but less than 20. I accepted this due to my individual situation. I do think I got an almost reasonable deal considering it came with a 3 year/36K warranty. For a $100 deductible pretty much everything that would make it stop moving was covered including THANKFULLY the air conditioning. Less than 1 week after purchase the A/C broke. They fixed it, without charge. Less than 2 weeks after that it broke again. It was the compressor they installed (defective). They repaired it again, without charge. The service center Rep Rhonda did a good job for me. My only complaint about the service department is that the hours are very inconvenient. They are open only 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday . It is Hard to work a 8-5 job and drop off and pick up your car without taking time off work.

I put $1,000 down, and made biweekly payments if $320. In March of 2026 I had to file bankruptcy. I had indicated that I wanted to reaffirm the car note, and continue making the payments on it. I was, at no time, behind on the payments. (All but one were paid early) I went in to make a payment on Friday (April 10th), and found I could NOT make the payment because the finance company had "locked" my account. At the direction of the sales manager of the dealer, I called in to the finance company only to be told to call my attorney. The following Wednesday (April 15th), I came out of a business I was doing computer work for to find my vehicle was missing. I called the police, thinking it had been stolen. Turns out, it had been repossessed by ECA/AAF and they refused to let me reaffirm the loan. My attorney verified he'd not received any paperwork for reaffirming the note, and they wouldn't provide such. I've now lost over $12,000 between payments, upgrades to the vehicle, and Tag, Title, and License on a vehicle they are going to resell for probably $28,000-$30,000. (As of this writing, they are selling the same make and model at $30,000) This should be illegal. Very shady business practice to treat a customer who was NEVER late on his payments that way. Do not buy from them.

My wife and I decided to go here and it was a mistake. We were desperately in need of a car and…read morethey gave us one for $500. This was the biggest mistake we have ever made. Within 6 hours of getting this car the transmission went out. They took it to the shop to fix it almost a week ago and they have done nothing for us. First they tell us it should be done on Thursday or Friday. Now when the day comes they say maybe it will be Tuesday. Oh and that if our first payment comes around before it's fixed we will have to make our payment before we can get the car. Obviously this was upsetting since we have spent around $100 for Ubers and rides to work so my wife talked to the manager(apparently also their "hr" as well). This was even more useless because he had the fucking nerve to say "I swear this is causing probably not as much stress as it is to you, but it's a lot of stress on me to" like he has any idea what we are going through. We are both about to lose our jobs because we can't get the car we paid for or some kind of assistance for giving us a worthless car. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, terrible people, terrible cars. Update: So before we finally got the car the "HR Rep", Chance, tried you tell us that he was going to give us money out of his personal bank account but because I made this review he has changed his mind. We finally got the death trap of a car back tho. It does randomly while driving. They tried to say the battery was loose but luckily we had a friend that knew cars better than we did because there was so much more wrong. He went in with my wife and it was insane how rude Chance was. He constantly tries to brush off my wife like she doesn't matter but our friend made sure it wouldn't happen. He made it a point to question Chance about the situation and Chance is saying he can't give us a new car, can't give us our money back, and can't help us with the situation. Chance and our friend both said that the car is unsafe to drive but Chance still said that we can take the car and bring it back in 2 days to get put in the shop(again with no compensation). This is just a crazy endeavor and it's beyond me how someone can be so ignorant and disrespectful. I will forever stand by my statement of "Terrible service, terrible people, terrible cars."

They had my car for a month and a half which made it difficult to get to work. I had to borrow money to get my car back from them! And they didn't even fix the problem. NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. Now the management doesn't even have records of my car being messed up and says there's still nothing they can do. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE

This dealer ACTUALLY sells their vehicles for the price listed on their website and their prices…read moreare hard to beat. Believe me, I looked at numerous dealerships before we bothered traveling to Tulsa to buy a car. Our salesperson, Brandon Tipton, was a pleasure to work with and was upfront from the beginning. Most every dealership I looked at in TX/LA/MS/AR offered great pricing (comparable to Regional) however their advertised price included every single rebate under the sun. Basically, the other dealer's price included a military AND first responder AND recent college grad rebates. What are the odds a buyer would qualify for all three?!? And a couple even snuck in a loyalty discount or HOA President rebate. Again, why advertise a sales price that the average customer cannot take advantage unless you are dishonest? And why would anyone do business with a company that is dishonest out the gate? The paperwork did take longer than we were promised (the dealership was very busy) and it had already been a long day so that one area could be improved but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regional or Brandon Tipton - in fact we already have! Again, I would make the out-of-state trip back to Tulsa again to spend my money with a reputable, honest dealer.

I would like to say that I am not angry with the salesmen, Just a little disappointed…read more I live out of town from where they are located and I found one of their vehicles listed. I noticed that there was a light on on the dash board so I contacted them regarding the vehicle. I was told that it was just low tire pressure and that it was an easy fix. So, with that in mind, I continued to contact my bank for pre approval. The day that I was planning on coming down and taking a look and hopefully buying the vehicle, I contacted the salesmen that I had been communicating with just to make sure that they got that light to go off. He then informed me that they went to pull it into the shop and the vehicle would not go back into park and that they had sent it to a Chevy dealership (because this vehicle was a GMC) for a diagnosis. He contacted me a few days later and told me that there was also a coolant leak in the engine and that it was being sent to auction. I was bummed out because this was a really good price on a car that was reliable and with good mileage. The fact that these issues were not addressed and that they even listed it is the disappointing part, which I understand is not the salesman's fault. A few days later, I was contacted by the same salesmen and told about similar vehicles that they had. I told him that I would contact him after I thought about it and if I was interested. I did not ever call or text him back because the vehicles mentioned were not what I was looking for and not in my price range. This was over 5 days ago, and now that I have taken my business elsewhere for a vehicle that in my price range and what I was wanting in the first place, the salesmen is bombarding me with question still trying to get me to buy from them. I told him that I have found another dealership and vehicle and that I'm not interested in doing business with them anymore. He has asked me 3 times now if that dealership has written me a trade in offer. I would think that saying "I'm not interested in doing business with you guy anymore" means that I don't want to be contacted anymore. If you're going to buy from this dealership, don't do it over the phone.

Never Again: Why I'm Done With Ford…read more Never again will I drive a vehicle that needs to be Fixed Or Repaired Daily. I've owned three Ford vehicles. My first was a 2008 Expedition, purchased through military sales while stationed in Korea--zero issues. It gave me confidence in the brand. But everything went downhill from there. My second Ford was a 2015 F-150 Platinum. While driving on cruise control back to Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, the truck suddenly slammed on the brakes--as if something were in the road. There wasn't. It scared the hell out of me. When I took it to a Ford dealer in San Antonio, I was told that the recall for this issue had "already been completed," and they refused to fix it. I traded that truck in as-is for a Chevy and moved on. Unfortunately, my next mistake was buying a used 2017 F-150 Limited from Patriot Auto Group in Chandler, Oklahoma. Let me be clear: do not buy a used vehicle from them. Either they knowingly sold me a flood-damaged vehicle, or they were too careless to realize what they had. I thought I was getting a good deal. I was wrong. The truck's driver-side running board wouldn't function properly--it took eight weeks and a call to one of the owners just to get aftermarket replacements installed. Then the real nightmare began. While driving, all the electronic systems--warning lights, headlights, turn signals, radio--would flash erratically. The horn quit working. The engine would randomly shut off while I was on the road. All I could do was coast to a stop and pray it was somewhere safe. I took the truck to Bill Knight Ford. They charged me over $4,000 to fix it. They claimed some kind of leak had caused electrical damage. After two and a half weeks, the exact same issue returned. When I brought it back, I was told it would cost another $11,000 to fix it. When I questioned how I'd already paid them to fix this exact problem, they said they'd "discount the $11,000 by what I'd already paid." That's not a discount--that's charging twice for one repair. I contacted Progressive to file a claim. They told me the truck wasn't covered because I bought my policy in Texas and the repairs were in Oklahoma. They also casually mentioned that the windshield had been replaced--a clue that there was prior damage not disclosed to me. I still have the truck, and I fully intend to sell it as is, just like I did with the 2015 Platinum. And if someone ends up getting injured due to this vehicle's faults, I'll sleep just fine. I have documentation showing I tried to fix it and that Ford failed me at every turn. Bottom line: Ford, your trucks aren't just unreliable--they're dangerous. You lost a loyal customer. And to Patriot Auto and Bill Knight Ford: shame on you for your dishonesty and failure to stand behind your work. This F-150 may be Found On Road Dead, but this time, it won't be my problem.
