After 30 min Bartlesville store tried to help me. I'm 68 and use a walker. Sapulpa store told me since it was a Bartlesville car they couldn't help me. Car was in limp mode so we limped 60 miles back home. Sapulpa store was not helpful at all. Very frustrating and ruined day.

I wish that was all that had been wrong with it but it also had damaged tires the starter was failing the turn signal was broken the reverse lights and tail lights were burned out and the sun roof motor was useless. I went in told them off these problems they looked at it. (barely) said they wouldn't do a thing about it but would find cheap replacements so I would be paying four or five hundred dollars more for something they were to lazy to have fixed and ready to legitimately be sold to the public.

Man, what a good choice. The building is convieniently located at the not so busy intersection of 71st and 145th streets, so I avoid the craziness of 71st and 169, and the construction on Elm St. The parking lot is a tad on the small side, but there's never a bunch of people there. The staff are always courteous and kind, and don't push stuff on you every single time you make a transaction. I've been to banks where they'd offer me credit cards, deposit boxes, you name it, every time, even though they should have know from asking so much I'd say no. They have recently built a mini-shopping area next door which seems to cramp their space a little, but I highly recommend this bank if you're looking for a pleasant banking experience. They're up there with the best.....Lots of upgrades on accounts available depending on where you are employed.
