Funny how I had no leaks until they did this job not once but twice. Most companies can do a job right the first time but they did it twice and I'm worse off than ever. Hello BBB! I sure hope they can help me cause now I've paid them and this company is leaving me all wet. We said we would give Jimmy Young $100.00 for the quick, small job. He promised to come the very next day, sent us an invoice and asked for $50.00 deposit. Since then, it has been nothing but excuses, promises and lies. He makes times to show, never shows, makes excuses, (grandma in hospital, has kids, etc.,) and still as of today, May 5, nothing. He promised to return our money by Friday evening past - May 3. Now he is not answering. We have been in contact through Kijiji, texting and facebook. This company is unethical, uncaring and this gentleman has committed fraud. While the amount is negligible to us, how many other unsuspecting customers have been ripped off this way?????? Everything appeared to be moving forward until just 4 days before the scheduled completion date, when the sales representative informed us they had "misquoted" the project and that it would now cost several thousand dollars more. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Changing the agreed price at the last minute after a signed contract and deposit had already been provided put us in a very difficult position, especially now that most contractors are already booked for the summer season. We understand mistakes can happen, but honoring signed agreements and communicating accurate pricing are basic expectations. Unfortunately, our experience showed a lack of accountability and reliability, and we cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
