They were not only sensitive…read moreto our Chinese ancestry and traditions, but they also made thoughtful and respectful suggestions throughout the entire process. From the initial contract to every detail of the service, everything was handled with great care and compassion -- from playing my mom's favorite songs softly in the background, to creating a beautiful video of our favorite memories to share with family and friends, to working with the cemetery on our behalf, and gently leading us to her final resting place while making sure every detail was covered. We truly couldn't have asked for more. Crystal, the funeral home director, made sure every detail was thoughtfully planned and carried out with dignity and respect. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they supported us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine understanding. We are deeply grateful for their guidance and care.

Their pricing was transparent, they answered every question that I had, and as previously mentioned, incredibly accommodating. Thank you so much to Lenny and Williamsburg Funeral Home for taking such good care of my dad.

Our family member lived in Wilbraham while we live in California. It took only one phone call from me to receive courteous, prompt, and complete service. I am the third generation in our family to have asked for help from the Czelusniak Home -- meaning we have relied on them without disappointment for more than 6 decades. Thank you.

He never sent the appropriate paperwork to the VA to make it happen. He told me he had sent everything in - and that claim turned out to be a complete lie. When I contacted the VA personally - they never heard from Mr. O'Brien or anyone else regarding my father's death. So I took care of ordering the plaque myself, sending the paperwork in, doing all the legwork, etc., - then coordinating with the cemetery officials to have the plaque installed. Basically - I did Mr. O'Brien's job. Families who experience a loss shouldn't be lied to - nor should they be expected to do the work they are paying the funeral director to do. My advice - chose someone else for your family's final needs. Mr. O'Brien obviously has other things on his mind besides doing the job he claims he does. Pathetic customer service.
