After exhaustive online searching I discovered Myo at Studio City. Scoliosis etc. I've done a tour of doctors, scans, and PT and all of it has been of middling success. Mostly at PT in America one learns some basic stretches and maybe some light exercises. But once you know your routine there's not much more to offer. Meanwhile this institution focuses on analyzing and building a solid program to really help your back. At its core is chiropractor services and a lot of very helpful chiropractors that will give you a detailed analysis of your back issues and constantly check up on you. From there they offer massage therapy, Pilates based PT, and some other things I haven't tried out yet. I go weekly and do a 50 min back massage and adjustment session. The massage is really high quality. More like acupressure. I'd recommend trying different massage therapists and finding the one that works best for you. Every human is different.
