I've always had hip and neck issues, and after trying other offices, Dr. Verma was the only one who could relieve it. He's really good at assessing the core of the issue. In addition to giving a strong adjustment, he's given me advice on other methods to help with the pain. Dr. Mylo has a very gentle technique with his adjustments. He has a calm, relaxed way about him, and is really great at not forcing the adjustment. If one method doesn't work, he will figure out a different technique to address the issue. Dr. Roverso is also amazing. His adjustments are strong and very exact. He's also a physical trainer, so he knows precisely where to concentrate on if I overexert myself from working out or playing a sport. For sports injuries, he's definitely your guy. Very happy that we found this office years ago. They've kept our family relatively pain-free.

When I came in to see him last…read moremonth I was struggling with debilitating sciatica symptoms, but just after just 6 visits over the course of 2 weeks, my sciatica symptoms have started to subside dramatically. During the past 7 years I have tried many things - physical therapy, personal training, massages, chiropractors, cortisone shots and Stretch Lab to help with the pain but nothing gave me relief. In the beginning, I would get occasional flare ups where the pain came and went but it did not impact my daily life. Then I started to have pain at night that prevented me from sleeping but I was still able to function during the day despite the lack of sleep for about a year. At the end of 2025 I started to get shooting/stabbing pains down my lower back, glutes and legs. The pain started getting worse until it started to interrupt my daily life of walking, standing, bending working out and holding my new granddaughter. Right then I knew I needed to find the right person who understood what was happening to me and how to treat my specific symptoms. I am not completely pain-free but this is the best I've felt in a long time. He actually takes the time to figure out what's going on instead of just doing a quick adjustment and sending you on your way. We've been working on a plan using the spinal decompression machine along with myofascial massage. The decompression has helped take some pressure off, and the massage work has been great for loosening up really tight areas from all the sitting.
