You call for a day and then drop the car the night before or show up in the morning and check in. They verified the oil change and asked if I needed additional service. I asked them to take a look and let me know as I didn't think it did. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The service was very affordable and the quality and care they put into their work is tremendous. When they called to inform me my car was ready, they validated that no other work needed to be done. But if I wanted to 30K service I could. I decided to pass and doing it next month. They didn't push the services and to call them for an appointment when ready. Lastly, the waiting room has very comfortable theater style seating and a small cafe bar. I'm going to bring all my cars here for future services. Thanks!

I towed it to Wilke, and Syed looked it over and told me the only thing wrong with it was the brakes. He replaced all my brakes for an absolutely super reasonable price, and did so quickly. This is a sketchy unprofessional place that cheap people go to... case in point... my parents…read more They got their old 2012 German vehicle serviced here 4 months ago in early June.. $1466 seems unusually high for a battery fuel punp and control module for a vehicle that is unlikely to even sell for that amount... and they seem to trust the owner my Mom calls "Sigh" or "Shy" but is probably Syed. So the car's "new" battery is dead now and Syed says he is not able able to hire a tow truck driver... or so he says and cant tow the car 2 miles in... but gives me a card to someone else. Gonzalez Go... and this guy jumps the battery says its not holding a charge even though the alternator is feeding it. Kicker this referral tow guy says we owe him $80 for the jump... and then says he'll cut it to $40 for cash and that he normally charges $120 in the winter. Uhhm wait a sec. Wilke should be paying for the charge or tow to fix what they charged $1466 for... the car was driven 3 days ago. So I call Wilke who has been dodging my Mom's calls and ignored the 3-4 messages left over 2 days. So Gonzalez Go blocks the driveway and says hes not leaving until he gets $40. I get a receipt from this character to get reimbursement from Wilke before my mom says she doesnt have cash and says follow her to Wilke... which this guy seems reluctant to do... and says he has appts to get to... but sits there trying to extort $40 for 20min. The car stops running as I am yelling at Wilke on the phone and Gonzalez seems to notice and says never mind and takes.off. WTAF ... update as of Oct. They fixed the after two weeks of leaving it there... and tried to charge for it. Yeah right. How new is this battery... ?

I was able to get my car towed to Casey's the following Monday (we used D&R Towing at the recommendation of the shop, and that was a great experience in and of itself, I left them a good review too. Thanks, Rich!) and my car was assessed the next day despite being told Wednesday-late Thursday was the soonest. I was in a pinch working an hour from home and needing the car back before noon today, but the crew got it in and sorted and had it back to me just shy of two days later! The price was as-quoted, no surprise fees or "other" issues that arose between my phone calls and arriving to pick the car up. I was also advised of some preventive maintenance to be done on my next oil change, but was told I can wait until then for that. Big thank you to Mike for being so communicative and transparent with the repairs and timeline, and Fausto (I think that's his name?) for providing an update on the repairs and giving me some good news yesterday (and not being totally annoyed when I frantically called for an update, haha.) I went in for a routine check up and thought my breaks needed work. It turns out, the breaks are fine, it was a bad water pump that was making noise in the front of the engine. Rather than charging me a ton of money to fix it, Jim took the time to call my VIN number into the manufacturer and found that my vehicle is still covered under the power train warranty. He advised me to go to the dealership for the repairs where they fixed it under warranty at no charge! Jim also noticed that my tires were low on tread and had some cracking, he gave me an estimate for a new set of tires. I called around to many other places to shop for the best price (same tires) and he was hands down the best I could find. No one could even match his estimate. I am getting a set of brand new tires and my oil changed with Jim for $130 less than what the dealership wanted to charge me for the tires alone. Please, go see Jim at Sparks in Lake Zurich. He is an honest guy who knows what he is doing!

Not only did he insist I take a tire covered by insurance to Costco for replacement instead of handling it himself, but he also failed to fully fix an abnormal noise coming from the parking brake! I made an appointment a week in advance for repairs, yet he told me to take the car away without even inspecting it, claiming the job would take too long. He constantly makes excuses to shirk responsibility. I strongly advise against using this repair shop; this lousy individual has completely ruined what used to be an excellent business!

They listened to some other problems my husband was noticing and let him know what else they could look at while they were down there. If it was something they could do easily, it would save them time from having to take the part out again and fix it later, then they would be able to offer a discount on the bundled repairs. If the issue was something that required them to be in a different part of the car, then they recommended we wait because it would cost more for the labor of looking/disassembling/reassembling. Totally reasonable! While they were fixing the car, they noticed something with the clutch that was making it wear faster. They provided a recommendation that would improve the engagement plus allow it to last longer. Anyway, the details are just to prove that they're great to work with. They communicate really well and make sure you're comfortable and educated with your options.

They had done a tire rotation and when I returned to let them know about the light, I was treated like garbage. All the men that work there are rude AF. They seemed annoyed I returned. Jiffy lube told me to take my car to a tire shop. Anyways Dakota informed me that it could be the sensor, tire slowly losing pressure and talked to me in detail about how to proceed as my car is 12 years old. They also told me how I can save money & the costs of replacing the sensor, labor & were sooooo kind!! I asked if they could help drill my side bumper as well which they said they could do. They don't do full body work. This is close to my home which is another convenience. They have the sweetest quotes on their billboard by the entrance.
