The first half of my corn dog was just cheese, then I found the beef, but the cheese was not with the beef. So it was a half and half. I would have liked for the beef to be longer and the cheese to be in with the beef. Nonetheless, the taste was great. Crunchy and great flavor. The sugar on top was interestingly good with it. The other item I got was the vegetable egg roll. I would have rather got the chicken, but they were out. It was a decent egg roll. It was extremely hot when I got it so I let it cool down and by that point it was starting to get soggy. They were big. I'll have to try the Bulgogi next time and a different Korean corn dog also.

Thankfully, the kitchen was feeling generous that day and threw in an extra piece of catfish. The fish was very-well seasoned. So much so, that putting hot sauce on it made it too salty for my liking. I added tater sauce as well, but it really didn't need it. It was seasoned that well! There was a slight burnt after taste as if the filets had been cooked in grease that got too hot and burned or had just been used for a while. I'll likely go back to some of the more traditional New Orleans food such as etouffee. Based on my experience so far, I think the food is decent. Hoping that trying more dishes will cause me to give a higher rating in the future.
