They were so very polite and did their best to help us, if our tire hadn't been ruined in our effort to get to a safe location we would have been fixed up in no time with Kratzer's help. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact sized tire we needed in stock, but gave us directions to a tire store a couple exits down the highway who would be able to help us out. No, other options... he put it on. We drove off then it started making a loud noise, the tire he put on was smaller. Double J charged us $250 for tire change &$160 for tire. I was given a ETA time of 8:10-8:40, I was contacted by a completely different number from same company around 9:07 and they said they had just received my claim and was dispatched out. my car did not get picked up until 9:20. i waited for four hours at that point and was not even offered a partial refund or anything for this extreme inconvenience. the woman who did reach out and explain was at least nice and understanding. i would like to add make sure everything is taken out of your car because I had a pair of beats stolen :)
