Came in to get a new string for our recurve and a case. The team here was very attentive and took care of us no up-selling. Bottom line is Double X has everything you need for either recurves or compound bows. Very knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. They have a nice indoor range and I recommend getting lessons there if you've ever had any interest in archery. read more

This place is amazing. The set up is awesome, the owners are fun and helpful, and the group of regulars make it a great environment for any skill level. I started archery about 2 months ago and everyone there helps give pointers where needed and provides encouragement as I've progressed. Really happy we found this place. Tony is great about adjusting your bow or making sure you are using everything safely. Highly recommend for gear, practice, or anything in between. read more

I picked up archery,again, after thirty years. I'm relearning as if from the start. The staff at Double X are friendly and helpful. Their willingness to assist, without any judgement, makes learning much more enjoyable. They have an excellent range, and great prices for the use. read more

They are the only shop open Sunday so that's a plus. Had my bow restrung and the cables were run incorrectly and the peep was way out. Bow was totally out of timing and draw weight and one of the center strings was installed incorrectly. They did try fix it the issue when I brought it back. Ended up taking to Hoffman's get fixed. Tony was apologetic and is refunding my labor costs so I will give the three stars. read more

Family fun day! Our family of 4 (including two adult children) had a great time at Double X Archery this week! The guys gave us a lesson and equipment and did everything possible to make this a fun experience. We all had long-ago and varying levels of experience - no matter - they caught us up and moved us ahead. We'll be back! This archery shop is great. Went to get new strings put on my bow. The service was great, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are thinking about buying a new bow this is the place you should go. They made sure that I was happy with everything before I left and even encouraged me to keep shooting some more to make sure. I took my son with who is almost 7. He had never shot a bow before and Tony went and got him one to try and after he gave him a quick lesson he was having a blast. Their prices are fair didn't find anything they had that would have been cheaper online. I will definitely be back. read more

We went in for fun and it WAS!! Pricing isn't too bad. We rented both the lane and the bows for about an hour. Tony was really friendly and helpful. We're complete newbies and he was kind in teaching us the correct form and basics for using the bows. Will be coming back again!!! read more

Saying this pro shop is AMAZING doesn't begin to do it justice! I'm returning to the sport and spent Friday afternoon with this team getting fitted with a new bow. From the first step in to leaving, they were professional, knowledgeable, sincere (you feel the passion and enthusiasm the moment the door opens). Working with Mike was an experience! He took me from A-Z while never making dumb, gave me refreshers, tips, lessons on shooting and bow maintainence, and was patient/enthusiastic the whole time. He gave a wide array of prices to choose from and made sure that quality and cost always matched up to meet my needs. Even while he was building out my new Elite Ethos, he was still teaching and the others in the shop were just the same. They treated me. and every customer, like old friends...even the customers talk to you the same! This is by far the BEST archery shop I've ever dealt with and whenever I come to town, they will get business from me. Regardless of skill level, this is the place to go for your archery needs! Double X Archery is amazing. The facility & equipment are great. The prices are beyond fair, especially when you consider that alongside renting a lane & a bow; there's advice and basic lessons for beginners that super helpful if not critical. The best part though is the personality, professionalism & helpfulness of their employees. That's the part the part that will keep my family going back. We're not into archery for hunting or for super competitive gaming, just for fun -- at least for now; and Double X Archery seems to focus on that as much as archery. read more
