Once we moved in we realized there was no heat system installed, only AC. Additionally, Jack provided a photo in the report showing the temperature rose to 81 degrees using a meter but we realize now that the blurry photo he added to the report was not even our system. Upon magnification, the photo contained a different model and serial number. We counted on his report when negotiating our real estate contract. Additionally, he marked that the home had a dishwasher which was inaccurate.
