I previously had some trouble with a contractor, and wanted all the repair work to be inspected before paying for it. Jack was very accommodating with his schedule and gave me a very thorough inspection. He went over and above with the inspection and pointed out things that I hadn't even considered. He provided me with pictures and documented the issues right on the picture so I would know exactly how to discuss with the contractor. Jack was great. He uses a very user friendly web site to signup where you enter some basic info. He called ahead verified a few things, was early for the inspection (like a great prior military guy). Was very through during the inspection and would give me recommendations about how to correct / mitigate some of the issues as we went through the house. The inspection results you receive were extremely professional and detailed with many pictures documenting any findings. One area he did not inspect was termites, but he did recommend someone and they inspected simultaneously. Jack offers a military discount and is takes pride in what he does and a true professional. As a Realtor, it is common to order home inspections for a property.
