Once we moved in we realized there was no heat system installed, only AC. Additionally, Jack provided a photo in the report showing the temperature rose to 81 degrees using a meter but we realize now that the blurry photo he added to the report was not even our system. Upon magnification, the photo contained a different model and serial number. We counted on his report when negotiating our real estate contract. Additionally, he marked that the home had a dishwasher which was inaccurate.

I had this company replace the flooring in my late son's home in 2018. They also installed new…read morecarpet on the stairs, painted a bedroom and installed a new garbage disposal. I live in Arizona so I couldn't be their to supervise the work. Upon completion the home was represented as "move in ready". During a recent showing the prospective buyer and realtor noted that the new flooring was buckled in several places and that the kitchen sink where the disposal was installed was leaking at the drain. I contacted my realtor who verified the problems. All attempts to contact the company by email, phone and text by both my realtor and myself have gone unanswered. We will never use this company again nor will recommend them to anyone else.
