I dont know why this Hobby Lobby in Weatherford does not seem to care about what type of employees…read morethey have walking around their store. Im talking about the very rude and/or abrasive employees. Like the two oldest women there. One has short grey hair and glasses and the other has brown hair and glasses. I've learned to stay Far Away from those 2 if I have a question..which is a disappointing feeling to always have when I go there. On top of that...now they have a young, new employee. Her name is Cheyanne. I was astounded at how she had treated me today while I was trying to look at the greeting cards. Her immediate rude, obnoxious attitude was beyond off putting when I quietly asked her if I could get through to look at the cards. She had a cart to one side, opposite of where I wanted to look..which was fine. But she had 2 small "light weight" plastic bins blocking the isle to the greeting cards. Her response was NOT to say, "oh sure, Im sorry" or "oh sure, let me move these out of your way". No. No...it was to not even look at me, then grab the 2 plastic bins that were blocking the isle and literally tossing them to the side in anger. I suspect the reason why she had the bins in the way, was because she didnt want anyone around her shopping...so she completely blocked off access to the greeting cards on one end. Which makes customers have to go all the way around to the other side, just to get access. All she had to do was keep the 2 small plastic bins on the same side as she was, so customers could get through..no problem. But obviously that was not what SHE wanted. It is really a shame that the Weatherford Hobby Lobby does not seem to want to put more effort into the state of employees that they hire there. This used to be a good store back in the day. But its just slowy but surely gone down hill. Yes, there are some very nice employees, but its the bad apples there that just turn you off to wanting to shop there at all.

So about the only reason we go to Hobby Lobby is to buy artificial flowers. They do have a very…read moregood selection, and usually very good prices, if there is a coupon. This is the only reason I don't go five stars. Getting a coupon used to be easy. Now it seems you have to join a mailing list. We'll probably do it, as we like Hobby Lobby. While Thuy is looking at, and choosing flowers (which can take a while), I like to wander the store. Lots of fun things to look at. On the most recent visit I was amused by the number of funny signs. All manner of arts and crafts too. Bottom line: Need a hobby? Come to the Lobby!

After receiving quotes from a number of companies to build a new 10ft wide double fence gate and repair a few places in my fence, he was the one that was most reasonably priced, yet clear that he wasn't going to cut any corners. When a big storm with tornado level winds blew through, the gate started to lean a little bit (8ft tall and 10ft wide gate), and he came by the next week to wind proof the gate and fix the issue. He never answered the phone or got back to us. When we did meet with him, he wouldn't look up from his phone or he would blame everything on his workers. He rode around in his flashy BMW with his girlfriend, who looks like a Drag Queen. He is married with kids, but you only see them on the weekends. I felt gross even being around him, he is very flirty and inappropriate. I still see the girlfriend constantly showing up to check on him, it's embarrassing! I can't believe Joel Taylor would lower his standards to work with this builder. My house is finally done, so they get a star, but I would not recommend them. It's the most dysfunctional, unethical mess I've ever been a part of.

In August of 2021 we hired Franks to tear out and replace a Concrete Patio 125' 14" X 13' 6" . Work…read morestarted, used wheel barrow to dump concrete and did not put up anything to protect brick walls, Door Frames, glass or siding on covered portion of patio. We have cracking concrete along edges next to walls, we have small holes and ridges on surface of concrete. We have a patio rug on small portion, it appears to have leaf imprints in concrete under the rug. They sent a person out to pressure wash walls and concrete. It did not come off. We also had at least 2 Ft. area of sod destroyed around out edge and left a trench around outer edge and destroyed a sprinkler head and left a water leak. These people used a cheap mix of concrete, were very sloppy and did not come back and fix any of the problems. We are retired 80 yr. olds and not capable of fixing the mess ourselves.
