He hires experienced crews, and his more expensive materials may qualify for reductions to your insurance premiums. Not every day you can make a call and the owner answers, then shows up in 25 minutes to solve your headache. Here comes Mr. Kelly Dane at my door. I thought I needed a temporary tarp and found Dane Roofing through grok-ai. He showed up to look and advised me not to do the tarp. He said it could just be leaks from poor sealing or a lack of sealing. And it was. Kelly went up on the roof himself. He sealed the pipe boots and the spots at the wall and gutter, tube in hand, same morning. He was done before the rain. Cost was $250 for all of it. No pitch to tear the roof off. Ray was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Ray took a great amount of time walking me through the claims process that I would go through with my insurance company and answering all my questions regarding the reroofing process as a whole. I was completely comfortable and even excited to finally get started reroofing my home. My roof had deteriorated a great deal over many years and suffered hail/wind damage as well. When I pulled up to my house after work on the day Ray and his crew had finished, I was so thrilled to see the change in the appearance of my house with just a beautiful new roof! Every thing about the roof made my home look better....the color coordination with the brick, trim and trees was stunning, the texture of the shingles gave the roof more "dimension" which gave the illusion of a "taller" house, and the quality of the shingles was exceptional. Ray and his crew were on time....starting and finishing exactly when they said. They left my home with no debris to be found anywhere. I give Ray and his company my highest recommendation and look forward to using him for any future roofing/remodeling needs that might arise. He is an honest, fair and dependable contractor!
