I called for an appointment to clean only my area rug. I was told I could use the $99 special and they could do my room, the hallway and my daughters room if need be to get to the 4 rm special but, mind you all I wanted was my area rug cleaned. I waited at home all day because I was given an appt between 1-3pm. Once realizing the tech would arrive after 3pm, I messaged Norman and asked if I would receive a discount because his tech was not there. I got no reply. The tech eventually arrived and said he would have to TAKE my $1000+ area rug with him to be cleaned at another location for $50 pickup & delivery plus 1.25/sq ft!! I said that was not discussed or even mentioned nor would I ever agree to that. I will never call them again!!!! SOO disappointing!! Positive side...I got all my laundry done. LOL read more

I called Norman to clean some carpets in a rental townhouse that had been occupied for 3 years by tenants that had a dog. While the carpets were quite dirty, his team made them excellent again. Norman was polite on the phone, easy to work with, and responsive. After their initial visit, I noticed a couple of minor little stains, and he had no problem at all scheduling a return visit and making it right. I used Norman previously for another residence and he did an awesome job. He was very eager, communicated well and followed through so therefore when another business needed carpeting, I contacted Norman again. Norman scheduled to go out to the location and provide me with the estimate to replace carpet. After three days with no contact, I called his office and was told they would give me a call back. It is going on two weeks and no one has given me a courtesy call regarding him being overbooked or just not having the time to do the job, etc. I will not utilize the busy again due to this unprofessional behavior. read more

This company is awesome for carpet cleaning. I used an Angie's list deal and found out they have been a "Best Of" a number of years on there. Made my appointment on Sunday and had them at my home on Wednesday. Unlike many companies, Double N Services even called to confirm my appointment the day before. Emmanuel called to let me know he could come a little early, but nonetheless they were on time and quite efficient. Emmanuel, my tech, did a wonderful job. I would have to say that I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning I've just had done for my high traffic living room and dining room. The guys arrived a little later than promised but brought two trucks so they could help each other out so they were done before I knew it! They were all very courteous and friendly. As an update, Norman from the company did call and apologize for the experience and did indeed say that my particular technician did not work out at their company. So, it seems as if I got the bad egg on a first experience. He did get my rugs out to me personally, and offered some nice upgrades for a future opportunity to try their company again for floor care/cleaning needs. Given all of their good reviews, and knowing they addressed the concern with this particular technician, I'd be willing to try them again. read more

I highly recommend are Double N Services. I had the carpet and padding replaced for my Master Suite this weekend. The proprietor is Norman (last name). His company is insured and bonded. I was able to purchase the padding from him. He showed up on time. He was both congenial and polite. He and Heime (Jaime) who is a mighty man, moved the furniture, removed the old padding and carpet, and installed the new padding and carpet. BTW he also picked my carpet up from Home Depot. All for a reasonable price. They provide a stretching service too. Norman's number is 770-845-4303. I purchased the carpet from Home Depot. While their installation prices seem reasonable and the timing is between 5-7 days was great; they charge for all of the associated costs. For example, the measurement is 35.00. (not so bad). The install is $45 for the first room. Well I replaced the carpet in the closet too. (A Girls Gotta Match) What got to me was the price per item to remove the furniture. I had two jobs done by Double N Services; carpet installation and carpet cleaning. Juan and his assistant did an incredible professional job installing carpet in my master bedroom and closet. The carpet was excellently installed and stretched because there are no surface wrinkles or folds, smooth seams at walls and borders, and there is no buckling or divets in the carpets. Also it only took about 2.5 hours for Juan and assistant to install carpeting in a room 21.8 feet by 13.5 feet and in a closet 6.5 feet by 5 feet. I am very pleased with the results. Alex and Diego did a decent job cleaning the carpet on my stairs. They were able to remove most of the stains and the carpet looks clean and does not have a matted look and the fibers look springy. Even though the cleaning took about thirty minutes it did take over four hours to dry and some parts of the carpet were warped (puffy looking). The overall cleaning was an improvement. read more

Warning! The price quoted was not the price when they got to my home. I explicitly told them I had Berber carpet they gave me a higher price than any other quote "but guaranteed" me they could get the spots out. The tech just wanted to argue with me about why he couldn't clean it for the quoted price. I didn't care I just want it cleaned for what you quoted the price! Overall, their service is good. Scheduling is easy and fast. Very easy to work with. The carpet they install is good too. But the only thing I do not like is they also charged a 2.69% credit card fee, no matter what credit card you use. That is kind a surprise to me when I made the final payment, because all the previous communication and break down quote never mentioned anything about credit card processing fee. But at the final payment, I was told there is a 2.69% credit card processing fee. It is kinda strange to this type of business. It is not that much, but when it comes to a 2k project, it does matter. I just want to say that Double N Services say what they mean and do what they say. I was surprised that the company was open on Sundays as well. So convenient for customers. I called in the morning and Norman was able to provide me with a free estimate later that afternoon. He was so informative and very friendly. I love their communication style as well, text and email for follow up appointments and remainders plus estimates. I was able to booked an appointment for the next day. Alex was the technician who did a wonderful job. They sent me a text message alerting me that the job was done which I love.
