We already had a loan from a lender from the first vehicle and we wanted to stay within budget and we were NOT putting anymore money down, as we already did that with the last vehicle and it was stolen 3 days after we bought it. So they said that was fine and they found us a vehicle , all was well, they were putting it through the shop to make sure it was road worthy and detailing it for us etc. They even went as far as making me get insurance on it while I waited. . .then when it came time to pick up the new vehicle, I sent them my insurance papers and instantly they called me to say the vehicle THEY sold to me had $2500 dollars worth of damages and I HAD TO pay for it or they were selling it to someone else that day. We never touched the thing. It is not our responsibility to repair the vehicles on a dealership lot before we buy it. They took the vehicle back. Shockingly enough they cha he's their friendly tone and said tough shit pay up or go without. We went without, and had to cancel insurance again. Do not go to Automaxx. When I took a test drive both the car keys did not work and I was told just the battery is out on the keys and need replacement and it seemed a fair reason and I didn't say anything about that. When the deal was finalising I told them the brakes need replacement as I could see it worn out (I work as an automotive tech). They said yes we will take care of the brakes and get them replaced. I signed all the paperwork and deal was done. Then there was a bit of delay with my insurance and I said I will pick up the car in a few days. They didn't wait on that too and got it delivered to my home and I confirmed with them on call that all the work is done and the message I received back was yes and I also might have the call recordings of that. Then when I saw the car the brakes were the same old. The keys battery never replaced. I replaced the key battery myself and got a new surprise that one key works sometimes and the other one never works. Even the remote starter doesn't work on any of the keys. I visited them again and asked to get this matter looked at and they said we can check it for you but we will not fix it in warranty or any claims. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER BOUGHT A CAR AT.
