If however you are looking for a highly experienced, highly skilled, and very reasonably priced shop to have your boat motor repaired or for maintenance, then Pat IS THE PLACE. We brought in our Our 15' Bayliner w/ a 50HP outboard; it would not start, or go into forward gear. Pat examined the motor for ~2minutes, then without saying a word, pulled out his toolbox, and begin to make adjustments to the linkage, and throttle. 1 hour later, the motor was shifting properly in forward, neutral, and reverse with effortless ease. We tried other repair shops, and all gave us estimates of 1-2 months to even look at our boat + wild estimates of $$$ to repair. Pat fixed our boat for very reasonable cost for labor, and a smile on his face. GO SEE PAT! -Alex / Happy boat owner from Pleasanton

[This review was from back in 2018] Bought a brand new Ranger bass boat here. They are really good…read moreat getting you credit and getting you all signed up to pay for the boat. I ended up foolishly paying $1,200 more for a fish finder that turned out to be a bait and switch. The Lowrance fish finder, as you can buy it as a consumer, has both sidescan and downscan features. The wrong transducer was installed in the boat. It was an total pain to get this point across to Richard. I sent many emails and photo proof that it was the wrong transducer. Apparently it takes several weeks for C&C to send emails to Ranger and I was told to, "Please be patience [sic]." After bugging Richard multiple times (actually about literally 30 emails), he finally got Ranger to agree to install a new transducer. I naively assumed they would install the sidescan AND downscan unit, which is the common version available to the consumer. But then didn't. I drove for five hours to have them install a transducer than only had downscan. And I didn't figure this out until I was on the water. I would have gladly paid the difference in getting the right unit, but Richard/Ranger again baited and switched. On top of it, he tries to make the customer feel bad for asking him questions and bothering him, after just having spent many thousands of dollars. I went out of my way to deal with a mom-and-pop shop. Thinking that was a naive choice.

It was a partial aluminum panel against a window running along the front edge of my trailer. Not a too complicated repair, but you still want the repair to hold up and NOT look like a repair. Customer service was simply amazing. Rachelle was on top of every thing. From my initial call to responding to my calls and emails, and delivery, she was on top of it. Being the face of the company, you always want someone who knows how to take care of you and answer all your questions. If she didn't have the answer, she got back to me in a timely manner. She dealt with my insurance company and I rarely had to relay any information back and fore. As for the repair, the repair looks great. Paint was matched very well, but to be fair, my trailer is only 5+ years old at the time and well-cared for. The biggie was them matching the decals on my trailer for the panel that was repaired/replaced, which was great. The only evidence something was done was with new sealant. That being said, I did find some minor things like a loose marker light that was not properly sealed and secured, and similar things to tighten up. Because I maintain my trailer frequently from washing to tightening things up, like most trailer users should do, it was not hard to spot. Overall, I am very happy with the work provided and incredibly impressed by the service provided by Rachelle. I would highly recommend them from my experience. That being said, I have only taken the trailer out a few times on short trips under mild conditions since the repair. I will provide any appropriate updates if I have any issues.

Called numerous places throughout Northern California but was turned me down everywhere because they are 10+ years old. Found NorCal watercraft on Yelp and decided to give them a call to see if they can inspect & do a much needed tune-up in hopes of being able to run these skis before the summer ended. They said no problem bring them in . They were up & running within a timely manner. Took them to the river this weekend & they both ran great like new. They also educated me as I am a beginner with water-crafts, what to do & look for, how to properly winterize, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!! They have earned my business forever!!!

I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. When I came to pick up my jet skis, Nathan showed me my old parts and explained what was done. Marina took my payment and they both assisted with hooking up my trailer. I definitely will be back to winterize and service my jet skis. Great job Nathan and Marina!
