Literally came here to visit a friend bartender and I would give 5 stars for him only. I went to use the ladies room and the bathroom lady tried to tell us if we didn't tip she would kick us out without even putting soap on our hands like just because we are human and had to use the restroom we were going to get kicked out. Why would I come here if I'm just going to get kicked out because I had to pee. Also I went upstairs and my friend wanted to take a pic with the flag and we touched it and the bouncer literally flipped out came up here to say he would kick us out if we touched it again like. Maybe I should sit on a toilet or touch anything while I'm here because they will kick you out. Your staff other then bartenders need to go !!! WORST EXPERIENCE AND HOSPITALITY BY THE BATHROOM AND INSIDE SECURITY read more

Scam alert!!! Charged for beer I never drank and even worse ran my card and included a 100% tip. Must have thought I was drunk enough to just sign it. Probably works most of the time. Ordered a Guinness and happen to notice he couple next to me had just got their Guinness served. Mine came with over an 1" of Head on it. When I drank it, it was on the warm side, but I wasn't going to say anything. The couple called the bartender over to tell them they didn't like the beer so she got them bud light or something. She cane to me and asked if I liked mine, so I told her it was a little off so she got me something else. When the couple paid I saw a debate going on so I asked what happen. They were upset they still had to pay for 2 Guinness they didn't drink. Guess what they tried to make me pay for the Guinness as well. That's just bad business. read more

This place is really fun. The drinks are cheap and it draws a varied crowd and everyone really gets into the karaoke and sings along but, dear God, please.... Turn the air conditioner up read more

If you like cheap drinks and karaoke this should be a stop in ybor. The fun thing here is all day everyday is karaoke time. Be prepared to have your ears "serenaded" by the sounds of various patrons singing, their version of classic hits while you can sit back and sip on their large beer and liquor selections. Or drink a little more to get that liquid courage and sing yourself. read more

I love this bar! It's my go-to for most events, especially my past birthdays. I love singing karaoke and this is the best place for that! It's just an all-around fun and lively bar; always so much fun! read more

A small smokey bar with Karaoke. Usually on weekends there are 1-2 bartenders and 30+ people singing along with the drunk on stage so it isn't very easy to get a drink. Not nearly enough stools since the only attraction is watching drunk people sing and you can only stand and do that for so long until you get tired of being here...So why so many stars? Of the Karaoke bars in the area this one seems to have the best DJ. There is also the option of a beer in "Das Boot". And if your friends drink one too many boots and wont leave the Karaoke behind, they do have a back patio where you can escape the smoke and not have to walk by security at the door again. read more

Adryona is a fantastic bar tender. Was very attentive. This place has amazing energy even on a Monday night. Would recommend

A lively watering hole, especially if you enjoy exercising your vocal chords on stage. There is a vast selection of draft beers to choose from, if you are into that kind of thing. I like to re-live my glory days of singing in random saloons around Oklahoma, so it never fails that once I'm nice and sloshed, I find a partner and we sing Joe Cocker's "Up Where We Belong." Any song that incorporates mountains and eagles into it is a winner in my book. read more

This is a great place to go if you're looking for a low-key place in Ybor to just hang out and people watch. Be ready to experience a vast array of karaoker's if you go on a Friday night, which could be a good or bad thing depending on the talent. It takes a while for bartenders to notice you at the bar and also for the lone server to make their way around the entire establishment to take drink orders. One last warning for all the non-smokers, be ready to reek of cigarette/cigar smoke once you leave this place. read more

What could be better than Friday night karaoke! The atmosphere is a little smoky for my taste, but otherwise a grand old time. The karaoke host has any song you could possibly think of singing and it doesn't take long for your turn! read more

We wandered in here on our mini pub crawl for a friend's BDay. They like to go in & watch the karaoke. It was a nice enough place. Wish they would have had more stools & seats. I mean I know you can get more people in a place with out chairs and maybe I'm just getting old, but the karaoke would have been more entertaining if I could chill in a seat to watch the almost famous folks belt out their tunes. So I suppose it's just my opinion, but that's what you get here. read more

Best Bar in Ybor City especially for karaoke. Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff! Drinks are a little over priced for the size of the cup but they were super strong! Also, NO COVER CHARGE! Went twice during our trip in Tampa. Super fun!!! read more

Awesome staff and just a fun time to be bad. Karaoke, what's not to like?! Prices are pretty good as well.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Apparently you only get your karaoke songs played on the weekend if you're tipping at least $20 per song, according to the KJ. Also, my roommate paid for her drink and didn't receive change back. That's stealing. Never going back. read more

Karaoke is fantastic. Staff is fantastic. Prices are too high. And they don't put enough liquor in their drinks.

Karaoke great DJ's and Bartenders fun party atmosphere! Over 20 Beers on draft. A main bar upstairs bar and a outside Patio bar as well. Ask the bartenders for shot or drink specials. There are usually Jaegerboms and Irish Car Bombs on special on a Friday and Saturday night. Prices are very responsible and there is never a cover charge. Just make sure to bring your ID this bar is 21 and up. Now jump into a fun crowed and enjoy your night with a cold Beer and a good shot in your hand :) maybe you like to go up on stage and sing a wild song. Cheers Have a great night! Great spot for karaoke! I have been here several times and every time I have gone in, it has been a different crowd. I like this place because the prices are really good and it is stumblng distance from many other Ybor places. This is a great place if you are looking to go be ridiculous with friends. read more

Cute bar in Ybor with awesome karaoke on Fridays! Good selection of craft beers & friendly/fast service. Close proximity to a trolley stop if you're staying in downtown Tampa. Doppel decker is my kinda place :) read more

Love this place. Feels more like a local hangout than a touristy Ybor bar. You'll always see some Boy George karaoke and the bartenders are friendly. read more

Fun times but overpriced drinks. This is a great place for a one-nighter for tourists but not a place where you will find a diverse array of Tampa folks (at least from my experience). The bartenders are friendly for the most part and seem to like their jobs. They have a nice stage for antics and such. read more

I always have a great time here just a good ole fashioned pub. Nice selections of beer on draught cheap shots on Jaeger Bombs. Have a fun karaoke when it's going. The bartenders are great especially Simone. read more

The best spot in Ybor for karaoke. This place always draws a fun crowd and its a really low key bar to come with a group of friends. They have a nice selection of beer and you won't break the bank here. read more

My boyfriend and I are from Miami and we decided to explore. We came across this bar which had people singing karaoke. I must say Tampa "partying" is nothing like Miami's craziness which is good if you're trying to have innocent fun. This is definitely the place. Non expensive drinks. Great crowd. And a cutie dog that walks around which I was told is the owners dog. I would def. come here again! :) read more

I like the atmosphere of this bar, It's a cool place to hang out and the staff is very friendly. Great for groups specially if you like karaoke. Prices are reasonable and as a known bar its usually part o the many pub crawls that happened in Ybor. read more

Worst experience ever! Save your time! The door guy can't tell a real ID from a fake one so he took the real ID from a member of our party. We had to call the cops to get it back and then we weren't allowed to go in the bar because we called the cops and we were right and he was wrong! Until they get better and smarter for guys we won't be back! They're a ton of other bars to spend our money at while we unwind and have a couple drinks! read more

Great atmosphere! Great service and a wonderful Karaoke night !! Had a blast! Great little spot!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was out with a group of friends early afternoon and I asked if I could smoke a cigar there. They said "absolutely". Being a cigar town I expected as much. Fast forward to later in the evening, we returned. The place was packed and tons of people are smoking cigarettes. The bouncer came up to me and told me I couldn't smoke cigars there! On top of that he was rude about it. For a place that charges $7 for a draft beer you would think they would have been nicer. Needless to say our group (Approx 15 of us) left and went next door. I highly recommend staying clear of this place. There are way better options on the strip. read more

Best Bar in Ybor City!! Hands down! All the staff is cheerful and having fun along with you. You can sing karaoke or sit back and watch. Pool table or dart boards available. All the beer you can want and full liquor bar also. If your going to visit Ybor it's a must see. Put it on your bucket list. read more

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramped entrance. No wheelchair sized restroom stall with grab bars. Go next door to the left and they have an ADA restroom. No ramp to get on stage for karaoke. I wasn't sure if they had an elevator going upstairs or not. read more

I used to work in Ybor City myself and I have been a bartender for a long time. This place is definitely the best bar in town by far! From the bartenders to the DJ, the vibe is great and the owner is the greatest! If you haven't checked this place out your missing out on a good time in Ybor city. read more

I have been here several times and never had an issue. Usually it's a good time. However I came last night with two friends and ordered two beers. Gave my debit card to the female bartender and left it open. Get ready to close out and the manager could not find my card ANYWHERE behind the bar. I informed him that I gave it to the female and she comes over and says "you cashed out already!" No I did not! I told her my name and she left. I checked my bank account and saw my card made its way to a bar down the street and was charged. The manager left and ran down to the other bar to attempt to retrieve my card but the person who the female bartender gave it to already left. He came back and was mad, saying "fuck that guy I was trying to inform him a stolen card was used blah blah blah and he didn't think it was a big deal" and that was it. One of my friends I was with is a bartender who works at another bar in the area and informed me that this mistake can happen (giving out the wrong card) but normally the staff owns up to it. The female bartender did not apologize at all to me about screwing up and did nothing to fix the problem. I ended up having to cancel my card and file a claim. The point is that if someone screws up, please own up to it and provide some sort of customer service to try to rectify the situation, like a drink on the house- something, anything! The lack of professionalism by the staff is what got me more than the actual mistake. I won't be back. read more

Good drinks, ok prices, karaoke. If you are for more local feel bars and pleasant company then you should stop in here. Sign your name on a dollar and give it to the bartender and they will put it up in the bar. My wife loves the electric lemonade. read more

Don't waste your money. My group went there tonight (1-07-18) and were very disappointed. 5-7 people total in the whole place. Ordered drinks and they were unbelievably weak, As in no alcohol at all. I asked if there was any alcohol in them and the rude waitress said yes then walked away quickly as to not talk about it anymore. The entire place smells like fart. At $7 for an 8 ounce house rum and diet with no rum it's not worth the stop... read more

Went to the bar tonight for karaoke. Very biased! The dj would skip singers for her friends! She sat on stage flirting with a guy letting all his friends sing the while night. I do not recommend this bar to anyone who believes in ethics. read more

Ok I have mixed feelings about this place. First off I came in because I'm on vacation from Miami and happened to stop by for karaoke. I am a bartender in Miami and I drink Jameson neat. I ordered Jameson and it did not taste right. If you are a "top shelf" drinker don't even bother ordering they marry their bottles with bottomself. I am very disappointed, I'm not sure if it's all their liquor. They have a decent craft brew selection on tap though and the bartenders and nice. I wouldn't come back but it's a nice place to stop in if you like dive bars. read more

The drinks are HORRIBLE. I bought a rum and coke that was watered down and a draft Blue Moon that was not even cold. They have good karaoke if you're into that. read more

The worst bar tenders I've ever encountered. I was a DD for a group of my sisters friends, it was her 21st birthday, and they all mentioned to me how over priced their watered down drinks were. I asked for a tap water from the female bar tender with the short blonde hair and then asked the male bar tender with the short brown hair for another water halfway through our night. When we were wrapping up our night and trying to leave I went to the male bar tender(which took forever because he was intentionally ignoring me) and asked for a third water for myself, which he told me no. He then told me "we're not giving you anymore tap water, you have to buy bottled water from us." So I gave him my card to buy a bottle and HE CHARGED ME $10 FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER. Who tf does that? Every bar I've been too has always given the DD complimentary tap water (and even soda from the gun) without any complaints. These bar tenders cared more about filling their pockets with money than the safety of their patrons. My group seemed to have a good time (and spent a lot of money in there) but the encounter with the bar tenders left a horrible taste in my mouth. If you ever have to come here and be a DD I recommend going across the street to Coyote Ugly, where the bar tenders actually care about DDs and are much more pleasant to talk to. read more

This was my first time at a kareoke place. I enjoyed my time here. I have been here twice and have no idea how the prices range since I did not order a drink. The place has character, a lot of space, and the entertainment was great. The tables were a little too sticky for me, but I returned a second time so that is a plus :) read more

I walked into double decker expecting good hospitality and a great time but instead the bartender by the name of Juan comes up to me and says "if you were another person I would have beaten you up, but I'm still close to beating you up." Mind you, this man is plastered drunk and he is a bartender on clock! I told him that it wasn't necessary to say things like that and he proceeded to take my two lemon drops, splash them on the floor and take a full water bottle and pour it on me. I spoke with the manager and security about it and they sent him home and only suspended him while paying for my drinks. That is fine and dandy but I don't want to be paranoid everytime I go into double decker because someone wants to fight me. So to take it all away, the bartender was plastered, he threatened me and threw water on me while the security and manager treated me like I was a crazy drunk. All in all, he was suspended and now is right back where he's at. This wasn't the first time something like this has happened, so be warned everyone. read more

Would give 6 stars if I could. Perfect location, center of Ybor, and without a doubt the best bar in Tampa! Karaoke is a blast and made all the better with German beer on tap. Main bar is an ongoing party and the back patio is great to kick back and relax. The owner, Simone, is a wonderful person who makes everyone feel welcome, great bar tender and keeps the party going! Prices are in-line with Ybor, perhaps a bit less expensive than most bars and the drinks and beer are always perfect. Double Decker is our go-to club for a great night and a must-do when guests are in town. We start our night there with cocktails, walk a few minutes to get a bite eat in one of the many restaurants in Ybor and then head back to spend the rest of night at the Double Decker. Fun, fun, fun! read more
