Because the staff pays such close attention to the dogs in their care, they noticed a problem early on. JoJo had been acting completely normal at drop-off, but a couple days into her stay, they sensed something was wrong and trusted their instincts.They immediately stepped up and took JoJo to the emergency vet. Mandie stayed by JoJo's side when we couldn't, acting as her comfort and protector while we cut our trip short and raced back home. Even after we returned to town and took over, Mandie constantly checked in on JoJo to see how she was doing.The most incredible part is that we didn't even really know Mandie, and we have never met her in person.
