We go in and I tell them I have a faja ordered already being custom made, so I want a waist trainer. The ladies behind the counter tell me no I need a faja for compression. I told them that I already knew that and just needed a quick something until the next week when my faja came in. They kept telling me no and measured me for a faja. They gave me the size they measured me for and I couldn't try it on due to Covid and the dressing rooms being down. I go home and try to put it on, but I can't. It doesn't even go past my knees. I return to the store and tell them this. They try to give me a bigger size, which still doesn't work. They tried to then help me with a waist trainer like I originally asked for. When I pick that out they then tell me that I can exchange the faja for the waist trainer. There is about a $70 difference though. They told me I could have store credit for the rest. I told them, no I want my money back. I never even wanted the faja. I should've been sold the waist trainer in the first place. I needed up setting all their merchandise back on the counter and told them I no longer wanted anything from their store and just want my money back. They told me no they don't do refunds. So we left the store with nothing and we're out $150. *DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE* The exchange offered also did not fit. It was 2 sizes bigger than what was originally measured in store. So clearly I never even put on the first one. Also, they put in a protective lining, that way it can be exchanged. That means they are going to be putting it back on the shelf anyways.

The best part was that her prices were cheaper than many others. Sure, there's a bit of a language barrier with some of the employees, but hey more than make up for that in music...

Super aesthetic place with a little something for everyone. Parking is limited. The tiny lot was full when we were there. We opted to parking in another lot nearby [It was paid parking, but I believe it is free for 1 or 2 hours..] There is a good amount of seats in the cafe area and outdoor seating. Lots of people were working. The place was pretty quiet, not too noisy. I ordered a matcha latte [I forgot how much it costed], but it was pretty decent matcha in Houston. I might come back next time for their coffee! Final verdict: this place is worth visiting if you want to walk around and explore cute things while also grabbing a quick coffee or matcha :)
