Placed an order for a small aquarium online. Site has big red banner that says "Free shipping on…read moreorders over $150". Didn't see anywhere where it clearly said I had to pick it up. So I placed the order then got a call asking if I was picking it up. Very shirty attitude from the person. Told me it would cost me another $200 to ship. Already paying almost $700. I wasn't happy (who would be?) but not abusive and was going to talk to the person about a pick up when he said "I'll refund your money" in such a way it was clear this was his preference. So I simply said...ok. Never will set foot in that shop nor order anything nor recommend to anyone. Hope it was worth the attitude.

Every time I take my dog there to be groomed she comes out completely shorn without a phone call to advise that that is what they are going to do, no doubt to charge extra for what would have been a little tidy up. This dog groomer made a mess of my dog!! I picked my dog up to find that she had a complete bald…read morespot taking up half of her back! Cleary her fur was shaven to short and now her skin is exposed. They had also nicked a bit of a mole on my dogs tail which was bleeding. They didn't charge me for the wash and cut but I am still very upset about the incident and will not be returning to the dog depot.
