There was no apology, no attempt to de-escalate, and no sense of accountability. This reflects poorly on staff training and management oversight. Opening hours should mean the store is ready to serve customers, and basic professionalism should be the standard. Management needs to address both operational readiness and customer service training. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to return.
